That prosecutor The fat ******* is the most annoying person I've ever heard. He's an exact copy of Vernon Dursley.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 4
Yeah I watched all 4 episodes of the Shannara Chronicles so far.
The acting is as wooden as can be (expected given the cast and network) and times downright cringe-worthy, but it's pretty gorgeous looking show visually. Bloodier than I thought they'd make it. Not a huge issue as the books were pretty violent as well.
This isn't GOT-like fantasy though. This is more traditional high fantasy. As long as the acting gets better, I think this show will do fine. I'm still really not sure about its longevity though.

Can say with some confidence that it's not even on my radar. I'll add to my filler list though.

Banshee is legit. On the second season, looks like i'm catching up at the right time with S4 right around the corner.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 4
The Expanse seems to finally bring a breath of fresh air to Sci Fi television.
Binged the 6 episodes, started a bit weak but I'm into it now. Can't wait 4 moar.
There will never be another Battlestar Galactica though.
Are there any other decent SF shows worth watching since 2010?
Downloaded Black Mirror next.

I can't think of anything that's considered traditional scifi besides Black Mirror. If you want to try something different there is Rick and Morty and The Leftovers. The former is a scifi/comedy cartoon and the latter is just weird as shit.

I thought watching about Continuum, looks a lot like Fringe based on descriptions.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 4
Continuum isn't bad at all, SyFy's last great show before the new batch (Killjoys, Dark Matter, the Expanse etc) came along. I preferred Fringe a bit more as it was more thought-provoking though.
Agree on the Expanse btw. Latter episodes have been far better so far.

I forgot about Continuum. It's a great show that became better the crazier it got.

Black Mirror S01E02
I felt sick at one point... Worst thing is, it is where we are heading.
If I look at my day today, I spent it looking at screens, without even throwing a glimpse outside, and I even rode my room bike twice today

I always find that difficult when I binge it, but I'll try:
Fifteen Million Merits (Powerful message)
White Bear (Great twist, wish it was shot a bit different at the end)
The Entire History of You (Fantastic episode all around)
National Anthem (Would rank better, but that guy did not convince me as a PM)
Waldo Moment ( Great episode, dull characters though )
Be Right Back (It was still great, but I found it to be a bit boring)
Yet to see White Christmas.
- Got a boner seeing her for some reason:
