Draxler is 20 years old. He will improve. You know that? He is impressive for a 20 year old. I already told you I've never watched Draxler on youtube, but suit yourself.

We are obsessed with height because we are severly lacking since our starting CB is 1.74 and sucks aerially, and we only have two players taller than 1.80 in our starting lineup and they are not that good aerially.

It seems Luiz is falling out of favour with Mou. Also according to Reina father we had a deal set for him, but because VV stayed another season if fell through. Liverpool supposedly ready to sell him for 5 million. I hope Barca are looking for a long term keep rather then going for Reina.

Idk if I'd like David Luiz at Barca, but he is tall which is good, and has some pace.

If we are going to drop coin on a CB, it has to be somebody SIGNIFICANTLY good and consistent. Might as well stick with Bartra if Luiz is our first choice

Not when we are still rolling out Mascherano on a consistent basis.

I dislike Luiz but I wouldn't mind selling Mascherano and buying him.

If we lose Montoya, we should go for the Ajax star Nicolai Boilesen, not because we just played them and did good but overall his quality is showing and has been.
it is also a big plus that he plays in a system like ours, and is 6 foot 1. (1.85m)

We should go for Manquillo from Atletico. We have first option on him from the Villa deal.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is Tello's last season with us. Too much depth next season with Deulofeu, Tello backing up Pedro, Alexis and Neymar on the wings. Then you also have Adama now (Can Adama play RB? Maybe that's why we are selling Montoya to Liverpool, to promote Adama to back up Alves...just an theory)

plus Denis Suarez is getting promoted at the end of the season, where will we play him if we don't even play Sergi?

I'm not very impressed with Oliver Torres. I rate Koke much higher than him right now and Koke is also still young and can improve. Oliver Torres passing is not very good and has a much lower workrate and intensity. They are only 2 years apart.

Koke is an almost finished product, with potential. Oliver Torres is an uncertain and unfinished product with a similar potential than Koke but currently at a much lower level (and his passing is worrying).

That's what I did in FIFA lol. But it would make sense if, of course, all parties would agree. Not long ago lol.com did a piece called "looking for a Larsson", which as we all know was an older striker who could come off the bench and make a difference, and was also content with that role. We've been linked with Klose for a similar role for like 4 years now but Samu would definitely be the best fit for that particular role.

Of course the likeliness of that transfer is a whole other ballgame.

Plus does anyone else feel weird about selling Tello? I know it might benefit his career in a way but he hasn't had a chance this season. A damn shame really.

Btw with an injured Messi why couldn't we have had Neymar slide into the center of attack sans the false 9 to free up the left wing for Tello?

well Tello has been injured so thats prob the reason.

Neymar did play F9 with Messi out. See video posted on the Nerman thread.

Tello impressed me allot last season and I was really hype on him. The few chances he had, he would score or make something happen. He was like our Chicharito. Would play like once a month, but when he did come off the bench, he would get a goal.

This season...not so much.

If it were up to me...

Sell:
Song, JDS, Cuenca, Tello, Bojan, Afellay, Pedro(will hold back Deulofeu), Cesc (asks for too much playing time), Valdes, Pinto and Adriano (way too injury prone)

Buy: Ter Stegen, New CB, and Gündoğan, New Winger.

And you think Gündogan won't ask for too much playing time? You can't just expect a class player to come to your club and agree to be a benchwarmer half the time.

Xavi will be 34 in January, I actually expect Gündogan to play more than him.
