The board is probably split 50/50 on keeping Xavi as coach and Laporta cant handle this because is a big fat baby himself.

On a serious note Tuchel would be better than Xavi, although he similarly is hotheaded so I would prefer Flick.

Thiago Motta has appeared as a candidate too. De Zerbi is probably unlikely. What other choice is there...

Tuchel is a brilliant cup manager but terrible in the league. A CL is probably what Barca need to shake off their stage fright. His Chelsea absolutely decimated us, his Bayern schooled Arsenal etc. If Barca can sacrifice the league for a couple of season Tuchel could be what Mou was for us when he took us past the l16 in CL which we couldn't do for a long time without him.

He'll likely fight with the decision makers, but you'll only need him for a couple of seasons anyways. I say as far as winning and experience go he is your best bet. The rest are all untested or unavailable

He was never going to play on CL final. It takes at minimum 6 weeks of regular play to get your playing timing, legs etc after an ACL. Definitely different for a portero

I never said that. It was a good move given our finances probably the best we could've hoped for

I was saying I hoped he could reinvent himself, but I knew were getting a flawed player. Same with Cancelo, their issues persists - inconsistency and defensive liability respectively.

It was a decent loan though, and I would sign him for 20-35 but Atleti are going to ask 60m+

Felix coulda been a great player, we all know he has gift, but prolly similar to Dembele also has too much flaws to make him elite, still a millions times better than the likes of fking Ferran though XD
