AGAIN:

Walcott converted 13 goals of his 101 shots

Bale converted 12 of his 86

Walcott is more of a striker and he still has a worse conversion rate than Bale who is a pure winger.

Last season was where Bale played LW the whole season. Before that he was playing LB. Not really fair to compare a LB and a forward is it?

This season he is leading? wtf Bale has 2 goals and Walcott has one. So he is losing right now as well.

Edit: Does it matter if its a shot on target or not lol?

a shot taken from 50 yards count as a shot. even if it goes near the corner flag, so yea it does matter

Waclott has 3 goals this season...

A shot is a shot don't matter where you take it from. Bale took a lot of long range freekicks as well so....

Also I read here
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/player/_/id/67507/theo-walcott?cc=5739

that Walcott has 1 goal

I just checked Wiki and yeh says he has 3 goals. Though that doesn't matter since there is a long way to go.

Edit: let me check a more reliable source.

doesn't matter everytime a player shoots his intention is to score no?....so walcott took more "bad shots" dont see how that would help his case

walcott has a habbit of taking shots from 40 yards, he does it once every match. Doesnt really prove his finishing is worse.

he Rarely misses the target when he is in the box, that is important.

Yes it was proved that Walcott has 1 more goal than Bale in the beginning of the season. Big WOOP.

Also I do watch Arsenal games and Walcott play don't mean I have to know how many goals he scored does it?

I could easily say the same about Bale. Who has a better conversion rate as stats say and so I could say he will convert more chances when in the area. Bale takes more long range shots than Walcott anyway.

lol well he takes more bad shots, he has intention of scoring and if he's not scoring on them then his finishing is essentially worse....frank lampard has gotten stick for it for years....just blasting wildly

so because bale doesn't blast wildly from distance every game somehow this should not be used in his favour?

Against a good fullback, Bale is useless. Sagna is living proof.
