Gareth Bale
Nowhere near the Messiah that Sky Sports claim him to be...
but be a man and admit, the lad is a top player. His change of pace is incredible...Top 5 winger in the world alongside Robbery, and Nani
"The best of Gareth Bale. When you see him open his legs like that it's a fantastic sight." Gary Neville

Sorry sep but this is knee jerk at its finest he's an average player who can only do one thing......
Kick the ball forward and run onto it i would'nt want him at my club he is average nothing more nothing less.

Re: Gareth Bale
His dribbling is not the best, but his crossing at full pace is amazing at times.

Re: Gareth Bale
Inzaghi is probably the most one dimensional player in history of the game.
it didn't stop him becoming a legend

Re: Gareth Bale
knee jerk.
no one has said anything about him until this point in the season, and a good performance vs. arsenal means nothing. we're horrible

Exaggeration at its finest.
Put him into a top 4 team and he will rape.

Re: Gareth Bale
He was in Sagna's pocket up until his injury. He admittedly ran riot when Jenkinson came on though.

If Talent is running very very fast then yh he is
What makes anyone think he will rape in a top 4 team ?
Spurs talent is every bit as good as Liverpool or Arsenal yet he hardly ever turns up.......
Some of these comments smack of never watching Tottenham if iam honest.

Re: Gareth Bale
People don't watch Spurs regularly.
For example, last season he got stick for getting one assist only, while he was pretty much the mastermind behind 90% of VDV's goals.
He definitely should be more consistent, but on his day, he really scares the hell outta the opposition fullback.
Or maybe, I am just over-rating him and Spurs, since they destroyed us 2 weeks ago (Admittedly all our RBs were injured and we played for 9 men)..but still. I am worried by their good form.
Off to you Newcastle.
