To answer your question however, most were expecting for Nacho to be sold after a very disappointing season and because we have purchased Militao. Nacho extending means its clear Zidane still trusts him and Vallejo is very likely to be sold now.

I think it’s a good move. He’s been bad like everyone this season but he’s had his best seasons under ZZ. Glad it’s happening.

We have to bring this back up. Utility guy who played across all the defensive positions for us. At one point he never had any injuries and was always available when called upon. It felt like it took years before he had his first injury. Didn't have the talent of say a Guti, but was a much better utility guy.

The Nacho moment I cab think of is the game against Sevilla. I want to think it was the Zidane season when we won the league and champions league. We get a freekick, the Sevilla wall is still being arranged, our players are still figuring out who's gonna take the kick. And Nacho with no clout on the team just runs and strikes a low shot and the goalie (not ready) concedes a goal.

We need players like him and Lucas. We could literally play Nacho against the likes of City and he wasnt even a topic of discussion neither before or after the game.

Will be missed thats for sure. For me he will always be a one man club guy. Has really served the club and has the trophies to show for it
