I think over time he probably moves away from the 4-2-3-1. Too many teams will end up parking the bus and they need more actual attackers in the attacking 5 rather than Kounde and Balde etc
He’ll also prioritize more control since playing gung-ho attacking football isn’t sustainable weekly
