Negotiations seem to magically speed up on deadline day. Things get done by fax as opposed to arranged meetings between two parties.

I'm actually expecting us to sign two more players. Santos and Park will both be announced tomorrow, with any luck. Then one centre back and one central midfielder should be up next.

Is that good enough ?

would be considered a great transfer window as well, if the EPL was like FM I wouldn't mind adding a ACM with Benayoun and Malouda, would be a bit of an overload but we couldn't say we aren't an experienced team anymore . But that's just a dream, 7 signings in 2 days is near impossible

He can. In fact, I'd consider him more of a winger than an attacking midfielder given that's where he's always played for West Ham and Liverpool.

It seems though that he's going to Lille.

Incidentally, I would immediately forget about De Rossi. He's far too loyal to Roma to move now and would probably struggle to adapt, given he's lived in Rome and has played for Roma all his life.

thanks to stupidly inflated purchases like Torres, Carrol, Kun and others, our signings seems insignificant by comparison. If we were to buy a 22 year old Henry in todays market for the price we got him back in 1999, it would be seen as a flop purchase because he didn't cost us 30+ million

Yeah, the nasri deal did not have a lot of forethought, neither did the cesc deal, cause we should have gotten alacontra and cash for cesc, and money, or player for nasri.
