I knew going in they were going to botch the ending so I didn't have high expectations. The buildup was classic Dexter though. I overall liked it.

Spoiler :

One thing that didn't make sense was his son. so they tried to picture him as a kid who like Dexter has a dark side and wants to hurt people but is not as much of a monster as Dexter. in other words he is not a killer like his father.

it was clear in their conversations. whenever dexter talked about killing he talked about silencing his dark passenger etc.... but the kid always talked about how Dexter saved other innocent people by killing bad guys. in other words they wanted to show us the son is not as messed up as dexter and looks at all the killing in a different way. saving people, not satisfying your demons.

as the show went on they tried to show us that Harrison is not as cool with all the killings as Dexter thought. and that's cool. but why the **** did he shoot Dexter?

Dexter killed STRANGERS because they were bad people and killers.
this kid killed his own father because he thought he is a bad person and a killer? lol. that's exactly the same as what Dexter did all those years, except way worse.

the kid is one of the worst characters i have ever seen on TV.

the writing, specially last 2 episodes, was awful. last season of GOT level awful.

Lol, I am not watching it. I still say Dexter S1-4 is arguably the best tv show ever, they should have stopped there.

It's very bleak so tough to get into. But for the ones that do they love it.

I wasn't able to, but it has a great soundtrack

at the start the concept is interesting but the way they expand on it as the show goes on it becomes more cringe imo. It seems to be a divisive show... those who love it, really love it, those who dislike it found it to be a bunch of hocus pocus

not even that in my eyes, it just becomes more lazy and soap opera-esque as it goes on

It's worth a shot, I enjoyed it but its been years since i seen it honestly, I think i seen the 1st season where it originally came out in 2014 so 8 years now ffs

Not sure if its in the exact same orbit but I'd also recommend The Following

So i finished Ozark ( part 2 of season 4 is yet to come ) and i don't really know what to think about it. i enjoyed the show for what it is but there were too many stupid and cringe characters. not much logic in their actions. and reactions.

Ozark i watched 4-5 episodes it was not very good. Lack of humor and suspense. Characters are not interesting and the whole story is as improbable as predictable. I bet that Ruth is meant to be the "complicated" character who will alternate between betrayal and friendship. The owner of titty bar i could predict his fate the minute i saw him. Not hooked, i rate C

The Witcher i try to watch 2 episodes but it does not really get my attention. I find myself browsing fantasy app, calling a friend, sleeping. Just finished the game and i don't know much about the lore outside of Witcher 3 so i am a bit confused as to where the story takes place. Also the scenery is cheap, not much colors, costumes from walmart etc. I cannot give a rate but i'm not sure i eventually watch it again either.

Dunno if it was discussed already, but I would highly recommend giving The Legend of Vox Machina a watch. For me, it's Rick and Morty-levels of good.

It's on Amazon Prime Video.

For me its Dinner Party season 4 where Michael and Jan invite them for dinner. That is Office in a nutshell.

The most uncomfortable for me has always been Scott's Tots, I always skip I just cannot get through it.

Finished Season 1 of The Knick.

Superb acting, wonderfully shot, and extremely well written. I have no clue how I missed this show during its original run, but I imagine GoT had something to do with it.
