Maybe, but i saw it on skysports (and others) official twitter handle yesterday morning. They said that Monaco immediately rebuffed the suggestion, saying that they'd never sell any of their players to their rivals. You can look it up.

It's a heavy knock.  He got hit hard but still played but couldn't shake it off 10 mins later.  Nothing serious.  His speed was fine even after. he walked off the pitch and went to the bench, not the locker room.

Monaco lost too many key players. its only natural they will not play as good.

He was much better wide where he had room to operate 1v1.  His movements are great when central...  but Monaco just don't have the passers to get him the ball.  He then becomes too reliant on service that isn't there for Monaco right now.

Yes, Monaco couldn't get the ball well enough to Falcao and Mbappe. It just seemed like rust, they'll get around it. Bernardo Silva seems like a huge loss in their play though.

I though him and Lemar were really good. Mbappe was consistently dangerous and the defenders panicked whenever he was on the ball. Incredibly fast also.

The Monaco RB was beyond awful though

That is some fake news. The guy on twitter never said Neymar made up his mind, just that PSG are one of the clubs interested and his family have not closed any doors. They want assured play time for mbappe thats their n1 concern.
