Nah it shouldn't be given under any circumstance.

He's using his arms to jump and not even looking at the ball and it's headed at him from like an inch away.

If that is a penalty then we should see penalties every game.

Not to mention the rules are that it has to be intentional. ( don't make me get the rules and embarrass the entire forum again)

It's 100% a handball pen. If this isn't a handball pen we might as well close the whole thing down.

About time these are given in the PL. Seen plenty of those not given in recent seasons.

It should be given because it's an intentional handball. Looked like he's playing basketball.

He intentionally blocked a header that was aimed at goal with his arm.

The point is, he's got no business having his extended arm there, right where Fellaini is trying to head it.

It's a penalty. It's good that it is given.

Yeah, if your arm is flailing about like that and hits a shot/header, it's gotta be a penalty, doesn't matter are you looking at Fellaini's afro or into Rooney's beautiful eyes or wherever the *bleep*.

Flailing about what? that gif is horribly misleading it wasn't like that at all, the camera angle just makes it look like that.

Watch it life and not a terrible quality gif and tell me it was intentional.... not sure how any handball when the ball is headed against his arm from touching distance can be intentional anyway.
