Kompany wouldn't have won this if he didn't play for Man City. Wasn't he also out for like a month at one point? I agree he's the best defender in England, but we all know who the player of the season was.

Anyway, given Newcastle's season, Pardiola's award is completely justified.

Voted by the Premier League and as i already mentioned Van Persie was voted players player of the year and writers players of the year.....

Kompany was'nt even nominated ffs lol, so its fair he gets recognition for his fantastic season....
