anyone come across this issue when connecting to wi-fi via router?

"Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (www.microsoft.com) is not responding"

I can connect to the same router through my phone no problem and it works great. But on my laptop it doesn't. Tried every solution and nothing works. Any fix tips?

Issue re-appeared half a goddamn year later. You got any fix tips for a rookie how to clean up this mess? Something less complicated than the link Babun provided
