I started Mass Effect trilogy

Haven't done much so far, just one mission and then reading the codex. It looks cool, gives me Kotor vibes.

There are only two games I ever truly loved, SWKOTOR and Mass Effect.

I don't know how old you are but I played ME trilogy around my early twenties and I will never forget how incredible that felt. I just knew that feeling could not be topped so I quit gaming alltogether.

Things like that don't feel as good when you're older tbh but it will be worth it, I'm sure.

The trilogy is brilliant.

The jump between 1 & 2 in quality is massive but 3 is despite the ending, by far the best due to its refined mechanics. Nothing compares to Suicide mission of part 2, its score and all.


Can't be bothered with Andromeda for obvious reasons.

I finally decided to finish Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. It's the first Yakuza game that I've decided to put on hold in favor of doing other things, and it's not because it's a bad game, but I honestly got a bit bored while playing it.

There are things I do like in the game, and I do think it's a solid game overall, but it's also very middle of the road as far as Yakuza games go. Story-wise, it's probably my least favorite in the series, and I don't know about everyone else who's played through this series, but I'm starting to get tired of the excessive homages to Kiryu Kazuma. I love him as a character, but it's about time that the studio moves on.

I'll be the first one to pre-order a prequel- type game, like Yakuza 0 that's based around Kiryu's past or a side character from his past (there are a ton of great ones). I loved the 80s theme of that game. But I've had it with the endless walking down memory lane. Infinite Wealth better have given the studio some closure to his chapter in this series.

I don't get hyped anymore, but I'm hyped. The first one was a masterpiece, and probably the best vanilla 3D rpg the past 20 years.

Now this is a sort of game that you actually would want to play. The original one was already very good

The Normandy is so chill in Mass Effect 2 i'd almost want to live there

Yes i'm about halfway through ME2 (i think) currently cleaning up all the loyalty missions

I don't regret starting the trilogy it's the type of game where i am a completionist. Nice lore, very immersive, also the gameplay was upgraded from ME1 which redundant at times. It was fun to roam around on empty planets but this one is more action oriented.

The paragon/renegade system is good

Less drastic than Kotor for example where you have to act like a jerk and a homicidal maniac to become sith. Here i follow the light path, but some ruthlessness is necessary sometimes

ME trilogy and SWKOTOR are the best games of all time to me.

I even replayed Andromeda recently.

I am gonna play the remastered trilogy on Playstation, I've been planning it for a while, but I need to perfect the timing when wife is not around because I want peace, I can't wait

I also read somewhere that SWKOTOR will get a remake this year.

This year ? Would be great but it's been delayed so many times

There was an annoying glitchy mission with Mandalorian raiders there that took me like hours Finding that old ass Jedi was fun though, and the entire surface in general.

Kashyyyyk was featured in Jedi Fallen Order, really well made too.

Speaking of Stars Wars, i'm currently playing Jedi Survivor. gameplay is smooth as hell, Fallen Order was already good and somehow they made it even better.

The navigation system and map still sucks balls though.

I thought about playing Fallen order when it came out, does it have any resemblance to KOTOR games?

No it's not RPG, more like Souls-like but you can play in Story Mode difficulty if you're not into that kind of games.

I don't know, I never played Souls.

I have The Force unleashed on PS+, maybe I should try that. Think Vader is in it.

Unleashed is a classic action game, very fun

It's been a while but if i remember correctly you only play Vador in the intro
