He's quite possibly the best LB Argentina have, but aren't really using due to him being off the radar in Russia.

Yeah he was one of the best fullbacks in the Russian league in his time with Rubin. Don't know how he's doing with Zenit.

Well he's played in 16 of Zenit's 24 total games so far with a goal to show for it. Started 9 RPL matches with 1 sub and has started in all 4 of the CL matches for Zenit. He has effectively benched Criscito, who is expected to join Fiorentina.

Ansaldi was called up by Argentina 3 times this year though, but only played in the win over Sweden back in June. Was an unused sub for the other 2 games against Italy and Paraguay.

Cristian Tello is very close to leaving the club in the January transfer window. And, according to Radio brand discloses, the Barça squad is just one step to leave on loan to Liverpool.

A few months ago Tello showed their grievances publicly for the few minutes of the game that is giving Martino. "If you can not play at the club I wont exit," said barely a month.

Tello has only played ten games this season in La Liga where has started only two of them and both have not scored any.

Playing quite a bit actually. Still think we should sell if the right offer came along, we need a different type of midfielder. I think we would reject offers if someone tries a lowball, but fair value and I could see it.

Tello should get sold, he barely played. And Bartra played even less under Vilanova, was he destroying La Masia too?

I always expected Tello to move on eventually. Though he had played pretty well in patches in the past, he was never going to break into the first team, and he never will. He's not Barca quality. I still think he could be a great supersub but it seems he's not satisfied with that.

I don't think he's good enough for Liverpool either. He should go to an upper mid table club and if he does well then to a top club.

Tello issue is that he's a poor man's version of Lavezzi... all pace and moves until he has to make that final pass or score. Then it all falls apart lol.

To be fair Tello has done absolutley nothing in his chances given. He's a one trick pony and his one trick isn't really working. His style would be great in the EPL though, and he could get more playing time to shine

We could sell him and use Adama when we need extra wing strength. They offer almost the same thing, even though Tello is better than Adama with more experience.
