Looks like the Viola are still after Basel's Yann Sommer. Now they apparently offered 5 mio Euros, while Basel ask about 8 mio Euros.

Tbf the Lamela deal has some ways to go yet. Levy is a cheap bastard and the method of payment is what held up the Soldado deal for an extra week or so. As it stands Roma want a little more money AND a different method of payment (2 year installments as opposed to 3-4).

While I do expect it to go through, I don't know if it will be in the coming days. Might take a bit longer, really.

I know. Unless he's ready to play a role this season £10m seems very steep to me. While we do have money to spend as we're in the black, this doesn't really seem the best way to spend it when we most need some extra quality in the starting XI.

The reports suggest that the deal will include a season-long loan at Derby for 2013/14... if a deal really is happening, which remains to be seen.

He is very good. Definitely worth the money. As for having a higher skill ceiling than Bale, well possibly. He's one hell of a dribbler already, a live wire on the right.

If he continues as he has done, and Tottenham ever felt the need to sell him. He would definitely turn a profit.

Way higher.

Bale is currently living off hype based of 6 months of football.

That's not too say Bale isn't good, he is, but I'm going to laugh at Madrid fans before they declare him one of the best in the world and better than Neymar when he signs... lol

Lost Osvaldo, MArquinhos, and probably Lamela

Got Strootman, Gervais, Benatia, Maicon, De Sanctis, Jedvaj, and Boriello (returned).

Oh wow haha. I haven't been paying much attention to Roma's activity this summer, but every time I heard them brought up it was someone they were selling. But if thats true they are definitely much better this season
