To be fair 25m is actually a good infact great deal for a player who is not the same player for his club as he is for his country.

they came to an agreement with Ajax over alderweid as well no?? or was it swansea. Ambitious clubs I guess

He'll use them as a stepping stone, probably. He was going to join Everton in January but failed his medical due to having a dodgy knee. Norwich would be his way in to the league; one good season and the bigger clubs will be interested. Same with Alderweireld.

I rate Fer quite highly so it'll be interesting to see how he does.

Alderweireled is waiting for Liverpool to bid for him.

Pretty sad to see storied clubs like Ajax and Feyenoord losing their players to bottom table clubs in England.

Hope the Eredivisie eventually merges with the Belgium Pro League and reinvents itself. A rebranding might help alot.

Illaramendi the player with 6th highest transfer fee for Madrid. Not even capped for Spain yet. Surely has a good future ahead of him, but the money paid is too goddamn steep?

Twice already he's stated that he couldn't say no to Liverpool this summer. Just going by what the papers write.

Il Romanista reports that a deal for Chelsea to sign the Roma midfielder is close to being agreed.

Chelsea are prepared to pay €13million for De Rossi, while Roma want Brazilian youngster Wallace in part-exchange. Paris St Germain have also been linked with De Rossi, but the Italy international is reportedly interested in a move to Stamford Bridge.
