Oh and Arq, stop making Llorente sound like he is the basque RVP ffs, complete CF my arse
Right and just how you make Benz to be the hybrid of Zidane, RvN and Baggio
Complete and in many capabilities as otherwise his weaknesses is his wasteful finishing and poor off ball movement.

Not really. Since his move to False 9 he has shown to be talented in most of his features. Ambidextrous (already known) creative, dribbles well with the ball. ferocious heading, long range and excellent passing when coming in from deep, shown good vision to combine with players. I only am not a fan of his off ball movement within the box when anticipating balls coming from the wide along with his finishing which isn't exactly clinical given how wasteful he is. Aside from that he is a complete package which is why I revere him so highly and not Aduriz who is scoring on a regular basis. All of this when having to adopt to 3-4 formations every 2nd month by eccentric Bielsa.

Re: January Transfer Rumours 3
If were continuing with 4-3-3 Holding i think he would have to play in a deep position (inb4thatswhatshesaid), otherwise i can see Monty and Ambro in a 2 man midfield and Kaka as an AM

Solid point there ES.
But in order to truly fit him we will have to change it to a 4-3-1-2, or back to Allegri's diamond or to Ancelotti's Christmas tree which frankly would not go down well with me to change the system just for an out of form player on loan.
4-2-3-1:
-Bojan-Kaka-SES-
-Pazzo-
4-3-1-2
SES
Bojan-Kaka
Kaka playing the 2008 SS role to support Inzaghi in this one.
4-3-2-1
Kaka-SES
Bojan/Pazzini
All too hypothetical along with potentially stunting Bojan and SES' development if he has to be integrated so centrally.
Not a fan of this move at all.
@Thanks for the source.

Queens Park Rangers management made a new attempt for purchasing Portuguese international centre-back Rolando (27) from Porto, but the player refused, since he's willing to join an high-ranking club. Inter and Napoli are still keeping him on target.

He is too good for QPR but no high ranking club are coming for him. He dont even start consistently.
Then again, if by high ranking he means Inter and Napoli then yeah, maybe.

Yes and no.

Re: January Transfer Rumours 3
Federico Macheda is on the verge of leaving Manchester United this January with a move to German side Stuttgart looking likely.
According to his agent Giovanni Bai, talks are already well under way with the Bundesliga side who currently sit in ninth spot.
Speaking to Tuttomercatoweb, he said: “We are at an advanced point with Stuttgart.
“Negotiations are going well. He is a player who is liked by a lot of clubs. Two Spanish ones, for example, are looking to intervene.
“There are Italian sides too, from Siena to Bologna and others, but I think that Sir Alex Ferguson wants to send him to a foreign side outside of the peninsula [Italy].
“He’ll join a club on loan with the option to be signed outright as his contract expires in June 2014.”
A move away for Macheda looks all but confirmed with his agent also hinting that a permanent deal may be struck if it is successful.
Despite being Manchester United U21s top scorer this season, Macheda has had little impact at senior level.
The 21-year-old has only had three appearances for the first team and has done little to suggest he warrants further chances.
Poor loan spells at QPR and Sampdoria done nothing to help him progress but a move to the Bundesliga could bring the best out of the striker if other ex-United strikers are anything to go by.
Mame Biram-Diouf was much maligned at United but has taken the Bundesliga by storm, scoring 20 goals in just 32 appearances for Hannover 96.
At 21, Macheda has his whole career ahead of him and I do think it is in his best interest to move on from United. Ever since he scored that goal against Aston Villa at just 17, for which he will always be fondly remembered, he has failed to make a real impact.
A move to the Bundesliga could be a way for him to kick start his career, so good luck to him if it happens.

Re: January Transfer Rumours 3
Tottenham are confident of completing a move for Schalke midfielder Lewis Holtby in the coming days — six months ahead of schedule.
The original agreement was for the Germany international to join at the end of the season when his contract at the Bundesliga club expires, meaning Schalke would receive no fee.
It was announced last month that Holtby had signed a five-year deal at White Hart Lane which would start in the summer. However, the knee injury to Sandro that threatens to end his season early has forced Spurs into a rethink and talks with Holtby are thought to be at an advanced stage.
Sources in Germany believe the deal could even be completed by the weekend, with Spurs paying a comparatively small fee to secure the player immediately. The willingness on both sides to negotiate means the transfer could, in theory, be finalised before the Premier League’s registration deadline of midday tomorrow, which would enable Holtby to make his Tottenham debut against Manchester United on Sunday.
It appears more likely, however, that the 22-year-old’s first appearance for Spurs would be in the FA Cup fourth-round tie at Leeds United on January 27. Either way, he will be forced to abandon Schalke’s Champions League campaign.
Although Holtby’s best position is as a central attacking midfielder operating behind a lone forward — the role Clint Dempsey would fulfil in a 4-2-3-1 at Spurs — he has been used as one of the holding pair during his career in Germany, where he has also played for Alemannia Aachen, Bochum and Mainz.
While Holtby is still not considered physically strong enough to be a regular midfield anchor, he does, at least, have some knowledge of the position.
Without Sandro, who faces a significant spell on the sidelines, Spurs head coach Andre Villas-Boas was keen to improve his midfield immediately and the club started work on the deal to bring in Holtby as soon as they became aware of the severity of the Brazilian’s injury.
Sandro was pictured on his Twitter account yesterday with his right leg almost entirely encased in plaster. He damaged his knee in Saturday’s goalless draw at QPR.
Before Sandro’s setback, Villas-Boas had been willing to let both Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore leave the club but only one is now likely to depart, with QPR still chasing a loan deal for Livermore.
Source
Sandro knee operation forcing Spurs into a premature move for Holtby.
As bad as an injury to one of our best and most consistent players this season is (and the best DM in the league this season), if we get Holtby this January and he performs, it could be a blessing in disguise. But I'm being very optimistic.
Bring him in Levy.
