Lotito is a stubborn negotiator though. His transfer fee demands would be excessive for Juve i would assume.
I thought Hernanes was an AM?

Why not ? He played in a deep midfield role at the start of his Lazio career.
@Ganso according to transfermarkt his contract expires in 2015.
Hard to see anyone other than Pirlo in that position lol. Will be interesting though.

Whe Hernanes was in Brazil thats the position he played, thats why we were originally linked to him too.
Didnt happen in the end for whatever reason.

Hernanes used to play deep, but the problem Surag is that you never know if he might revert back deep and play as well as he is used too. A better successor for Pirlo would be Veratti but seeing as nobody can touch him now...

There's no chance we can get Veratti from PSG now until unless Jean Claude Blanc do us some favor or something lol.
Getting a Pirlo alternative is as important as bringing in a new forward in the summer in my opinion. We are just way too dependant on him atm.

Re: January Transfer Rumours 3
Grêmio have sent club officials to Italy in an attempt to snap up Roma midfielder Marco Marquinho this month.
Rogerio Braun and Stefano Castagnos have touched down in the Italian capital with the task of taking the 26-year-old back to South America with them.
Recent reports suggested that negotiations between the two clubs were at an advanced stage for a temporary loan move worth €2million.
Marquinho was said to be close to joining league rivals Palermo, however, it has been reported he turned down the loan switch to Sicily.
The Brazilian has one goal in 13 League appearances this term, however, the ex-Fluminense player has come on as a substitute in 11 of those.
Marquinho has been left out of Zdeněk Zeman’s squad for tonight’s Coppa Italia game at Fiorentina for disciplinary reasons following his reaction to being replaced at Catania on Sunday.

Re: January Transfer Rumours 3
AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has moved quickly to quash speculation that David Beckham could be set to re-join AC Milan.
Speaking to Gazzetta.it, Galliani said he was "99.9 per cent" sure the move would not happen.
Beckham, who ended his six-year spell at LA Galaxy in December, recently revealed he was considering formal offers from 12 different clubs.
But Galliani's comments would indicate that one has not come from the club who signed the former England captain on loan in 2009 and 2010.
He also denied any suggestion that Brazilian striker Kaka could be on his way back to the Rossoneri, saying that his salary would be too high.

Never saw Kenwyne Jones fitting into the Swansea style of play anyway... Danny Graham > Kenwyne Jones @ Swansea
Kenwyne Jones > Danny Graham @ Stoke
It's all about the system.

Re: January Transfer Rumours 3
Argentine outfit San Lorenzo have insisted they want a decision over Newcastle captain Fabricio Coloccini by next Monday.
Coloccini has told Newcastle that because of personal reasons he wants to return to his native Argentina, and he wants to join one of his former clubs San Lorenzo - where his father currently works.
San Lorenzo want Coloccini, but they cannot afford to buy him - given he signed a new long-term contract last year - meaning Newcastle would have to release him.
"We were always very clear and we said that it depends on the player," San Lorenzo president Matias Lammens told TyC Sports.
"We are going to offer him a good contract, he wants to come and I have hope that it can be done. We understand the people of Newcastle, it is hard to let a player like him leave.
"But Coloccini has to end his contract. We depend on the feelings of the player and on what he can negotiate in England. We can't buy his transfer in no way. He has been chosen as the best defender of the Premier League, he is an elite player.
"San Lorenzo can only point to Coloccini's feelings and not to his pocket. He has personal problems and wants to return to Argentina. We can only offer him a good contract."
Lammens added that the club do have another option in the shape of Palermo's Mauro Cetto.
"He [Coloccini] would be an emblem, we will wait until the end of this week - Sunday or Monday. But we do have a Plan B, and the preference of the coach is Mauro Cetto."

I actually feel bad for Kaka now.... Mou has trolled him to no end. He should have left a year ago as PSG and others had offered 20+ mil. But Mou being the whore that he is, held on to him by making empty promises and sticking him on the bench.
He deserves to be let free.

Nope. Kaka wanted out but Mou refused... Madrid had a 30 mil offer too. But Mou assured Flo and Kaka that he was part of his plans. Fraudinho doing his usual weaseling...
