So I heard there was some kind of Spanish football today?
Anyway, who cares, let's get to the important stuff:

Mainz versus Freiburg, HELL YEAH! What a thriller, eh comrades?
Mainz leading 2-0, Freiburg equalize in the 93rd f*cking minute, and end up winning the thing? Awesome!

Too bad they'll get obliterated by either Dortmund or Bayern, but still, impressive match.

Also Wolfsburg won, but I don't care.

I'm foaming at the mouth soooo hard atm, we were SO MUCH better than BMG, how the SHIT did we not win this tie? Listen, I drank like 7 Gin Tonics to calm my nerves and I'm still uber angry. F*ck the Bundesliga, I can't take this, how can the mighty Eintracht not win again? I'm litteraly choking on my hatred right now.
BALLS.

We should've won so hard you guys! Sad

Ok technically I was drinking to celebrate my boss' promotion and my raise, but also to calm my nerves.

Oh, and also because I'm a borderline alcoholic and drink anyway.
But the Frankfurt thing also, a lot.

RedO you had actually convinced me in the summer that de Jong could be someone that would do us a world of good. I'm glad that didn't materialize. I don't know the reason for his struggles thus far but he doesn't seem to be setting the world on fire.

He's faced struggles similar to Borini... some injury problems and a slow settling-in period. I still believe he could have been an effective player for us this season if we'd signed him.

I would love seeing Gomez at Spurs honestly.

I'm not sure if it's realistic, but I'd love for Spurs to push hard for Gomez if Damiao can't happen. Although I'm not sure what wages he's on...could be a problem.

Gomez would so rule the entire domain of hoofball, he'd be brilliant for sides like Chelsea.

Anyway, far more importantly:

St. Pauli leading 1-0 after the mighty Jahn Regensburg thanks to a Gogia "strike"... Yeah, let's call it a strike. He did somehow kick against the ball, and it eventually landed in goal, so it's all good.

St. Pauli totally ruling 2nd flight mid-table like a bunch of bosses.

Aaaaaand it's 1-1, St. Pauli in decline, we're the laughing stock of the 2nd Bundesliga, future 3rd flight scrubs, we suck, everything is futile, I hate football, let us all embrace the sweet nothingness of the oblivion that is death, the final end to the suffering of the FC St. Pauli fan.

Boy, do we suck.

Right before his injury, de Jong was forming a vital partnership with Montolivo. Monty dictated the midfield and de Jong offered solidity to the back 4. I agree his first 2 months weren't all that, but it takes time for him to blend with the squad and build chemistry. Right now NDJ would've been a much better option than Muntari

I think you can only really understand this if you follow a club that is not considered a big one that fights for the cups all the time XD

I also tend to shout at the RWO boys as being an utter disgrace to their profession if they stumble about and get beaten by some kindergarden team, but if they actually win against something like those noveau rich dinancially doped Viktoria Köln, they are of course world beaters, too Very Happy
