There's no incentive for him to move to a club outside Real and Barca in the Spanish league especially when his current team is competing for every silverware there is.

He should be playing week in week out with the ability he possesses. He's arguably the best poacher in the world.

Are you understanding what i'm saying ? He'll get all the game time alright but i dont see any incentive for him to move to Atletico in the summer only to be in the constant shadow of those two clubs pretty much.Its a massive step down as far as i'm concerned.

A move to the Premier League would suit him better,Chelsea for example.Maybe even Dortmund but i highly doubt they could afford him.

He wouldn't get game time at Barcelona.
He'll hardly get game time at Madrid unless they sell one of Higgy or Benzema.

Chelsea should sign him, but they're heavily rumoured to get Falcao. Hence why I suggested Ath. Madrid.

Can't see Bayern selling Gomez to Dortmund regardless if they could afford him or not. They're the only one that can challenge this Bayern side and have a very young list - they're only going to get better.

You miscomprehended my post twice now.I have never suggested him to move to Madrid or Barca.I am just saying moving to Spain's 3rd biggest club is hardly an incentive.Catch the point.

Falcao has been on the radar of many other clubs not just Chelsea so Gomez would represent a nice, much cheaper alternative to them.

Apologies. Also Ath Madrid are second... they WILL be in CL next season. It's not as if they're a mid-table club pushing on for Europe. They're a respectable side and a very good one at that.

He would be a cheaper alternative but when has that ever stopped Chelsea getting their main man??? lol

Its looking beyond their current season and the Champions League incentive.Credit to them for doing so well this year but i highly doubt they'd keep up pace like they've done this season in the upcoming season as well with their CL commitments and all.They'd likely be among the chasing pack come next season , as it has been for a number of seasons now and thats hardly something to rave about.

Atleast he would get much more attention in the Premier League for example and he could possibly compete for silverware too.

Title race is long gone. Question is what will be the final standing. With 11 games to go, even Wolves (15th on 27 points) can have a shout for Europe (with extensive favorable results).
