after doing 10 wandering motherbase soldier side ops and nothing progressing I was like hmm

just outside of the medical bay room there's an item you need to interact with for another cutscene if you're in a similar position, easy to miss

that mission was the first time I really struggled, ended up with the chicken hat by the end

ironically I beat the extreme version in under 90 seconds

Nah didn't use chicken hat. Problem wasn't being detected. had to just crawl towards the truck and rest you know

Problem was escaping the you know who

Took a tank but they smashed it in 2 mins

Main man D-Horse was GOAT. Ran outside the mission area. Maxed the bond meanwhile Laughing

is there a way to check stats and stuff? want to know how close I was to developing 300 items, haven't played for a couple of days but gonna jump back into it. Would have been GOAT if MGO dropped at release too, a month later is way too long, most people will have moved on.

Even last time they started MGO a month later after MGS4 iirc. They want people to play single player first properly.

Think I might be done in a month anyways with the rate I am going at. Trying to replay previous missions atm to increase bond with Quiet while also S ranking them.

Not sure about the stats one. I guess just develop cheap items if you are aiming for 300.

I put aside Mad Max for awhile to play through this game and whilst it was good, I can see why people are salty. It seems like the only reason this game was made was to(Spoilers for the first two Metal Gear games and MGSV)

It's a good game and the driving is decent and there is quite alot of it, but it doesn't get too old.

Highest Metal Gear is 2 which has life time sales of 7m which isn't even close to top selling games, also it hasn't sold 3 million but shipped 3 million.

Quite the difference and it obviously will sell well above 3m, still nothing on when you said MGS4 couldn't even run on the Xbox rofl

not even halfway through the game Laughing

I reckon I clocked in at around 70 hrs legit by the time I finished, hard to say since I left the game running a lot for the base development and contract missions to progress and I only did 60 of 150 side ops
