The Movie House

I watched the Hunger Games last week.. Me and this chick showed up to the theatre late and it was the only movie playing, I had no idea what it was about, didn't even watch the trailer..

Anyways this sums up my view of the movie ...

The visuals were outdated.. I wasn't feeling how the future was portrayed, people with weird hair and crap.. Andddddddddddd I didn't like the story at all, I mean 1 boy and girl from each district fighting to the death? LOL

Sure did lol. They all should've died after the first few bullets at the end their, but it just kept going on. Korean cinema

50/50 is one of the most genuine films I've ever seen. It is doubtful that it will win any prestigious awards, although the acting, writing and directing are all excellent. It does not try to be deeply profound or riotously funny. 50/50 simply is all of these things because it is human. It oscillates between being hilarious and sad, all without pandering to the audience or using cliches.

That it is entertaining goes without saying. But what makes the film really worth watching is how authentically it captures the nuances of life -- its inherent shortness, inequity, frustration and exhilaration

I strongly recommend you guys watch it if you haven't already.
