Cristiano Ronaldo - The best off the ball movement ever?
His movement off the ball is unmatched - always right place right time
complete player, his vision and passing are underrated as well, he'll split defences but his team mates usually cant finish.
who has better movement than him? very hard to man mark a player like him because even when you do, he can open you up with his passes.

Did his name suddenly change to Diego Milito or David Villa?

Its his first post lol give him a break, anyway you asked who has better movement?
Hmm some team based in Catalunya surely have players with great off the ball movement, otherwise they wouldn't become such possession whores!

Sometimes you ask lurkers to come up and post something but then you regret why you've asked them to join.

No.
Xavi I'd say. The man is always there when you need him. Being in the right spot at the right time doesn't mean you have to be scoring goals, that's not Xavi's job anyway. He does his job immaculately and moving off the ball is 90% of that job, just like all Barcelona players.
I've always been impressed by Kaka's movement off the ball as well, but he's not really something to talk about anymore :/

Agree with this. All you gotta do is watch Xavi carefully for 1 full barca game to understand what he does. I would recommend the 09 CL quarterfinal Arsenal game, 1st leg. He absolutely ran the show at the Emirates. It was magnificent.

People hate ronaldo's guts. Don't expect a reasonable response.

RvN would kill Ronaldo if both were in their prime(s?) with this "ball movement."

Yeah, I'd say he was.
Is it true Raul was sold to give CR the number 7 jersey or was some guy taking the piss? (He wasn't on this forum.)

No it's not true. Jose offered Raul a role similar to Materazzi at Inter, but Raul wanted to play more as he thought it was early of a 'half-retirement' and bench warming(and he still has the ability to play top football). So Raul and Real Madrid thought it would be best for his career to leave the club(which I thing is a mistake).
