Hope we recall Ryo in January.

With Gervinho and Chamakh going to the AFCN, and some possible injuries, he could be a decent super sub, especially since he's not known for opposition defenders and could probably cause some havoc against fatigued players.

Wellington came off the bench for Ponferradina and scored a late consolation as his temporary side lost out 5-3 to Cordoba. The Brazilian was introduced on the hour mark and scored a fine individual goal but it wasn’t enough to prevent defeat.

Two Arsenal loanees went head-to-head, almost literally at times, in League One yesterday as Crewe Alexandra beat Colchester United 3-2. Chuks Aneke had an eventful game for Crewe, impressing with some diligent passes and a few shots at goal, but two of his most notable contributions were fouls on his Arsenal team-mate Craig Eastmond, who lasted 77 minutes for Colchester before being withdrawn.

He's had a couple of fantastic goals, no? Or maybe one. Either way I'm hearing nothing but good things about hims on loan.

The missing link to our midfield? hmm

Aneke is technically brilliant but as slow as Tom Huddlestone. Probably not the missing link in our midfield since we need someone mobile in there, but a very talented player nonetheless.

Sadly he will be sold, He is too slow and doesn't have the energy to play that box to box role in our team.

Sad that Ryo is not getting any matches at Wigan..
Is it fitness problems or lack of oppertunities ?
In fantasy football it says he has groin injury..

He's been out for last 2 - 3 games with a groin strain, but before that Maloaney and Kone have been playing very well so hard to drop them for Ryo Sad.

Reading a Charlton forum atm. They are really happy to get him. However they are all discussing that Stoke wants to sign Frimpong in jan

I am not sure how legit that is but i hope it's not true

Bedntner open to Arsenal return

The 24-year-old is struggling to earn himself a starting role at the Bianconeri with only two starts and no goals pointing to another frustrating season ahead for the Denmark international.

However, after two seasons of loan spells at the Sunderland and the Italian giants, it seems the Dane is still undecided over whether his future lies with Arsene Wenger's side.

"It's difficult - I feel a lot of things for Arsenal, most good things. I left, not on bad terms but not on great terms," he told Sky Sports.

"At the moment, my future is here at Juventus. Beyond that, it can lie at Arsenal or elsewhere. It's not 100 per cent decided, but my focus is on Juventus."

The Danish striker also spoke of a car crash in September 2009 being a turning point in his life, with the near-death experience helping change his football career around.

"My car crash changed a lot of things," he continued. "It took a long time to get over that. Remember, I had 30 games at Sunderland. A lot of things happened for me to be there.

"Now I am where I want to be, at a Champions League club. It requires hard work and I know I need to get more games to achieve success.

"I've had to lose weight. That happens when you don't train for a long time, but I am now perfect weight-wise. I am where I need to be to get regular games," he added.

Betis are having a similar season to Levante last year (and they had Wellington Silva on loan, you may recall). They're doing better than expected and so Pepe Mel isn't took keen to change a working formula. Their main striker, Jorge Molina, has been in the goals and their wingers are doing well as well.

Disappointing for Campbell, since he's a really talented player who could probably offer Betis a lot. He could probably play a role in our squad if he had a work permit.

If Bendy can put a lid on his ego, and if Wenger actually plays him properly, i think he could still become a fantastic player with us
