Why English players don't play for leagues outside the EPL???

The English media constantly give off about foreign imports taking the spots of their own talent but if they are so good why don't clubs outside the country be looking for these guys?

Even if they are they will refuse to go, it'll mean they will have to be more cultured and that just can happen with some of these 'Eng-ger-land' patriots.

Hargreaves ffs what could of been had his legs not fallen off, we are still trying to replace what he brought to the team
