Adidas is offering Flamengo a 10-year sponsorship deal worth R$ 350 million (150m€ over 10 years or 15m€/year). And they want to pay the R$ 10 million needed to cancel the contract with Olympikus and also improve Flamengo's facilities.

According to agent Roberto Tadeu, manager Luiz Felipe Scolari rejected Saviola and Roque Santa Cruz, who were both offered to Palmeiras.

Kaká is out of the next two friendlies.

So, finally Hernanes will get his chance. :king:

Kléber will get over Jonas I think, although both sucks.

In the end, it'll depend on Kléber's performance against Gabon.

I remember him as such a talented player, too bad he never had enough serious ambitions. He could have been a great seleçao player.

Marcelo and Kaká officially ruled out of the next two friendlies.

Luis Gustavo also won't be in the team for Gabon's match since he doesn't got the vaccine required LOL

No love for Welligton? Sad

Top 5, after 33 games, are:

1) Corinthians 58
2) Vasco 58
3) Fluminense 56
4) Botafogo 55
5) Flamengo 55

Only in Brazil the league is so open and competitive. Afro

Gabriel Silva is being sold by Palmeiras to Udinese for 4 million Euros.

Despite being part of the Under 20 World Cup winning team, I don't think he will be a big loss as he never lived up to the hype at the senior team, even Rivaldo could displace him...He is sort of like Henrique from São Paulo, good enough for youth football but not good enough to be a good player at senior one.

But the funny thing is that the ridiculous Italian press is comparing him to Roberto Carlos.

One teams flop is another teams treasure.

The Copa do Nordeste is returning in 2013, with 16 clubs from the Northeastern region (Pernambuco, Bahia, Ceará, etc...). The format will be 4 groups of 4 teams each + playoffs.

The clubs will qualify to the tournament via the state league performance.

The winner of Copa do Nordeste will qualify for Copa do Brasil or Copa Sudamericana.
