Im actually open to hearing a counter-argument against this point which doesn't involve meaningless ad-hominem, but reason

Re: Serie A 2023/24
there's absolutely no reason to believe Inter are the best team in Europe over Man City who won every single title possible in the last calendar year except for the Community Shield vs Arsenal

Oh wait my bad I said the best team and not one of the best teams. No of course they aren't the best team not even top 3 hence why my recent reply was in context to one of the best ones.

Re: Serie A 2023/24
Inter is one of the best teams in europe without a doubt. Said here by Milan and Juve fans too.
Last season they barely lost that final to City and this season they are playing better. The only hope we have in Serie A is that Inter has peaked and starts to fizzle out as the season ends with the extra games they have to play. Inzaghi teams have a history of doing that.
Their style in terms of the mix of technical and physical qualities in each player, across the lineup, reminds of Madrid a few years ago.

The biggest evolution of Inter beyond the team is Inzaghi himself. Once again as mentioned Ive not seen anyone in a while evolve as fast as him, from a self doubting mere talent to what he is now who has full control of his ship.

Re: Serie A 2023/24
A mix of things I think.
His Lazio was great at counter attacking but paradoxically bad at defending. More than with him the problem was that Lazio had horrible defenders. Patric as a starter for a top team is as absurd as Juan Jesus. I think his first Inter was worse than his Lazio and a real downgrade after Conte. Still at Lazio he was always good for big games, which brought him trophies, and its the reason why they had such a good CL campaign.
Now its different as you say. It feels a bit as if Inzaghi has stopped treating Inter like it were Lazio. He has top players and he is using them as top players. Dominating every game, achieving a consistency that he never had in the past. Even more credit to him, all his players are playing the best football of their careers, its the mark of a fantastically coached team. Even Darmian and Acerbi are playing great stuff.
Then you have the fact that they are all great athletes while also being so technical and you get the match like Inter-Juve in the weekend. Barella, Calhanoglu, Pavard, Bastoni, Dimarco, Thuram, Lautaro is a lot of quality. Juve played well, had the right intentions, was in great form, but Inter was too much. The vertical pass from Calhanoglu to Dimarco to cut the entire field open with exactly the right weight and spin was incredible to see as an example, I'll see if I find the clip.

Inter in big trouble, field is flooded and they can't implement their brand of football, 2-1 down now.
Will be very hard to overcome, no Inzaghi on the touchline either.

Champion mentality
Hard to believe really, we lost that after Mourinho, regained it under Conte after 10 years and I absolutely never even dreamed of Inzaghi being the one to bring it back again.
Man just evolved like a pokemon.

Alegri keeps shitting on Vlahovic.
Hope this is his last season at Juve tbh, terrible man management.

Marotta does it again, Zielinski and Taremi on free transfers.
This man is a treasure, I guarantee that Juventus decline would have never happened and they would still win title after title if he remained there.

He was asked if they missed Vlahovic in the Udinese defeat and he said absolutely not, we have won a lot of games without him.
It is not scandalous or anything but man won't give him an inch.

Re: Serie A 2023/24
In fairness knowing Allegri its his way of firing a player up. He did so with Dybala, Pjanic & co. and he had success with those results. Vlahovic & Max seem to have a similar relationship in that sense and given Vlahovic isn't a soft personality I am sure it'll have the desired effect.
Or its just Allegri being a bitch.

He gets asked that because of the 5 dropped points with Milik in 2 of the last 3 games. He is supporting Milik and the team against the implication that they cannot win without Vlahovic.

That makes total sense actually but I doubt Vibe will see that in protecting his serbian village comrade.

Re: Serie A 2023/24
Serbian village camaraderie goes beyond logic and rationality.
But Allegri is doing a crap job with Vlahovic and that is a fact. He also plays the ugliest football that even Mourinho of nowadays would envy, so I hope either Vlahovic goes or Allegri does.

Re: Serie A 2023/24
Vlahovic's iron chin makes him look older and more mature than he actually is, not even 0.5 goals per game over his career so please, he can improve both mentally and tactically and Max is right for cutting him no slack.
Btw i like the fact that Vibe is a Djokovic fan, and we just signed Carlos Alcaraz
