As much as I like Lorenzo Pellegrini, Bryan Cristante is the real captain of this team.

He won't get the armband because he's not Roman, but he's the leader in this team. Even when they play like shit as they did yesterday, that's readily apparent.

Inter has this year. Milan just does not have the firepower as Leao is not a natural scorer and Giroud is almost 45 and somehow slower than he ever was.

Inter with Bastoni and Pavard in the back is the difference and Lautaro on fire. Pavard by the way is really good.

How do you rate him so far Vube?

Well but Milan are generally better than last year, they 've more solutions of high level compared with last year. Yes, I agree about Giroud ( Taremi was a proper name) but Pulisic allows you to not depends on Leao. Chukweze still hasn't scored but there are not doubts he 's better than past backups.
Reijnders is a great player too

Class performance every time so far. Honestly I was very happy with Darmian and I was worried about Pavard just being a name, but he's been very solid from the second he set foot on the field.

Yes it's a common thing when a player becomes temporarily keeper. Especially when they save points as Giroud did.

I remember few years ago Felipe Melo got a bronze 64 in-form keeper card in FUT after saving a pen. That was old FUT now he'd probably get a special card rated 99 ovr with festive colors.

Thank you Vibe. Never thought Pavard would end up this good but his ceiling always was very high and the CB partnership in Inter is monumental.

And it's incredibly how much Ive come to love G-Rude even though he came past his prime but has turned out to be a locker room leader and crucial in countless ways. Somehow he has managed to be slower than he ever was and by God he is the slowest CF ive ever seen but very high football IQ

Good defensive performance overall, solid appearance by the young Huijsen

Not sure why Allegri was so mad at the end, he almost tore the shirt off his back. We played classic style, not worse than usual, in offense we can do short combinations but the lack of pace makes us predictable and we don't look comfortable with the ball.

Before Thuram's goal Juve was for the first time in 3 years(!!!) top of the table.

It feels like a crazy stat, since August 2020 we had not been 1st, even temporarily like today.

Max is actually turning this shit around with a squad that is significantly more incomplete than Inter's. With Pogba and Fagioli's suspension we are desperate in midfield. We are a good midfield signing or two in January from a scudetto challenge :coffee:

Interesting that Giroud and especially Thuram are scoring and having an impact. For France, since the World Cup, they're both more like traffic cones.

Not been 1st since those bizarre times when all sports were re-starting in empty stadiums after covid's first wave, that's a crazy stat

Hopefully our solid defensive work is sustainable until the winter mercato. Then we must sign a midfielder and ideally we also sign a forward such as Gudmundsson from Genoa who's legit and low cost.
