It's not possible for everyone to stay at home. Who's going to treat the sick if doctors and nurses do that? Who's even going to make sure we stay at home if the police officers have to do the same? there are many more like that. All we can do is reduce the amount of people who go out.

Recently long bike rides since the weather been excellent, basically May/june-ish. I usually wake up at about 10/11 so when I'm back its 5/6pm, then i do some work in the shed/garden, walk my dog and some other stuff around my yard /w my car etc. In the evening- netflix/tv/playstation/youtube
I dont really have hobbies like I wish I was able to make chairs and tables and stuff but I can't, woodworking is something i've thought about at times but never got round to it

Food and drug stores will remain open, and there are phone apps to have it delivered at your door, if you have the virus. No worries.
uuuffff Dostoevsky is surely the best panic buy during this frenzy
Big up my man
Such a beautiful book. Enjoy.
Notes from a cellar seems to be the better suited novel for the situation though

A war theater image.
A procession of military vans takes 60 coffins away from Bergamo.
In the cemetery there is no longer any place, the bodies will be cremated in other regions.

Re: The Coronavirus Thread - Part 2
Several weeks at home, only need to go out for supplies? Yup, no change for me whatsoever.
Went out and got some basic stuff from a local shop. Even there, people were queuing from the early hours of the morning.
Managed to get butter, milk, and a lot of baby food, so a good outing altogether.

Re: The Coronavirus Thread - Part 2
Anyways, the US has overtook both France and South Korea in number of cases, showing no signs of slowing down today.
Spain has reported 2.7k cases by afternoon, we can expect 3.5k here at minimum today. Germany 1k cases today afternoon, the recent spike after the drop is very surprising.
Italy is well Italy and Iran idk what to say.

Re: The Coronavirus Thread - Part 2
It's forbidden . Done just 3 times for post office, grocery store, because it's essential
Still it's hard to get used of it though, you idealize that past normal memories as " do you remember when I could even hug a person ? Enter in library? Eating a pizza ??" and yeah , just in these cases you realize the true value of the freedom
Us western people , spoiled for everything, aren't used to great sacrifices.
Having said that, those people that still go out for no essential things are criminal.
