very good movie, visuals and cinematography like I mentioned were unreal, I think I'd overhyped it in my head due to the praise it had gotten online since I thought it would be greatest of all time tier and it definitely wasn't that, probably my second fav of the year after Baby Driver though, Gosling was fantastic too

Gosling's fantastic when he has little to say and shows his emotion through body language, but comes off as very awkward when he has a lot of dialogue, it's odd

Blade runner is the best film of the year easy

The Green Mile

don't think I've ever watched it all myself despite it being a GOAT lvl movie with a great cast

think I got spoiled on it back in the day so too lazy to watch it

enjoy brah

After rewatching every Harry Potter film except Deadly Hallows I have come to one conclusion.

Alan Rickman is an actual GOAT.

Also I desperately need more films in this universe tbh, I crave it desperately.

Would legit cut myself for the dark Lord tbh.

*bleep* hell. How did I not see this film before?

Absolute masterpiece. One of the best dramas I have ever seen. Incredible acting and storytelling. Wanted to give a standing applause at the end ffs.

Delacroix getting fried without water in the sponge gave me nightmares tbh.

Awesome movie though.

Also when you realise the link between John Coffey and Jesus Christ ffs. Dem Feels.

Sam Rockwell is amazing in it. The amount of times he's been disrespected for awards is ridiculous.

Yea him and percy both played the scumbag roles exceptionally well. Entire cast was great though. Michael Duncan specially.

Actually just came across it on amazon video and remembered EG mentioning it once. 8.5 on imdb sealed it.

I bet you would have watched it if it was called The Green Souls ffs.

Personally, I don't think experiencing anything for 10 minutes qualifies as actually having experienced it enough to deem whether it was good or poor. I'm sure Firenze disagrees    Requiem for a Dream is a pretty peculiar movie, though. It's a pretty disturbing movie that involves drug abuse, hallucinations and whatnot. I honestly don't think you'll enjoy it much. I watched it a long time ago, and the only thing I remember clearly is the

Trainspotting is another cult classic that focuses on similar themes and has a similar atmosphere to it. I personally enjoyed that one more. I assume you've already seen it, though? Road to Perdition is another classic, that I personally think is underrated. I'd recommend watching that one. Also, since you hadn't watched The Green Mile already, I don't think it's rude to ask if you've watched Forrest Gump?
