It's still 89% on rotten tomatoes. It's just not 98% like it was. Should be higher then 89% though.

I was expecting it to do a bit better but its results so far don't surprise me, especially considering the running time.

And it was always at 81-82 on metacritic.

Don’t know where downhill fast comes from

Its a good movie if i say its a good movie, just need the hype to die down a bit so i can go see it without kids screaming

@Freeza how badass was Luv (Sylvia Hoeks).

Loved the love angle in this as well. Much better than Deckard and Rachel in the original. I agree, this is better than the first one as well.

Like CB I'm not surprised by the commercial shortcomings of this as well. It's still doing well, but not as great as projected. Could have something to do with the tight-lipped marketing before this because you know how general audiences are. And at the end of the day it's a film's film, not your regular blockbuster. There were two guys who walked in my showing about midway thru, and I could sense another few getting itchy behind me. So yea.

I don't really give a *bleep*. As far as things stand, it's the second best film of the decade for me. Yes, even better than Fury Road!

Never understood the Leto hate. I love a good excentric actor. DDL gets only love for it.

TBH all of the actors, even the once with cameos like Batista, were better than Leto for me.

I found the SS criticism so weird. Most are due to look they're going with. Doubt Leto chose that. That was all Ayer. Felt Leto acted the character he was given to perfection. Somehow he's taken the blame for a weird character.

Wasn't even the worst part of that film. That was Enchantress and dialogue and no editing.
