Hitman is fantastic, definitely worth it if anyone at all likes to be creative with how you approach missions and stealth.

Loads more content than I thought they'd be as well, can see myself playing it for a while.

how much is it and how many missions are there

I enjoyed the last Hitman that was a retail game..I know this one was monthly but I assume there are a bunch of episodes or w/e out now, might pick it up if I can get it for 10-15

23 quid I think I paid.

There's 6 locations (France, Italy, Morroco, Thailand, Colorado and Japan) each with multiple missions and there's random contracts (some which are made by community) and these daily ones called Elusive Targets.

I should say though it does the weird Life is Strange thing where you have to download each episode one by one.

Probably because it was initially episodic, something to realise when you think you only got one episode.

The Last Guardian is great so far.

Don't get the complaints about controls, performance etc atm. Only thing about controls is some of the button configuration is a bit weird but it isn't anything you won't get used to within like 5 minutes.

Love Trico already.

there were a couple of sections where controls made me repeat a section about 4 times that was frustrating but nothing too bad, performance issues were blown way out of proportion, but then again I read most of those on Neogaf where people are in the 1% when it comes to gaming and moaning about perfection, I've never been one to notice anything regarding frames per second etc unless it's a slow down. The game ran fine for me besides a section or two where it had a slow down for a split second.

one thing that will save you from any frustration that I see plaguing a lot of people, and I'll spoil tag it in case you want to discover it yourself (it's just controls on how to instruct Trico, the game does sort of tell you how to instruct him but it's very easy to not see them since it shows you in a very small area and like 50% of people online seemed to miss them - even I did, until I stumbled across them online while looking up how to progress past a section because I was stumped lol.

So many people that had a bad impression, even reviewers, seemed to not realize you could command him to progress and just chalked it up to bad AI.

I haven't played it post patch though and I know that fixed a lot of peoples issues with the camera so IDK if they made the commands for Trico more clear

Only command I have so far is to call him to come to me but even so everything I want it to do is coming very easily atm.

But I'm enjoying it so far regardless, could easily see this and Hitman which is fantastic both being in my top 5 for the year.

I don't think you have to be a pet person to develop a legit bond with Trico during the game, don't consider myself much of a pet person for instance and but got attached to him during the game. Really good work from the developers.

I remember when watching the E3 re-reveal that it looked pretty last gen to me (think I posted this before but w/e) but was genuinely surprised with how good the game looked. Loved the aesthetic.

If he dies at any point I am going to abuse the developers till death. No joke.

I like it a lot though, both that and Hitman are very high on my list of best games this year and made me reconsider this year and the quality of games released.

Not as hyped as I was due to the development hell it apparently has been in, but hopefully it's good.

Trailer looks promising at least.

Looks pretty neat, reminds me of TLG+Wind Waker a bit
