One game at a time, bro I'm definitely gonna get Horizon before NioH. I'll probably get NioH in the summer, unless the summer months turn out to be another stacked period of good/great releases.

Summer doesn't seem that stacked from what i can tell.

Only thing announced for it so far is the Crash Bandicoot remasters but there's announced stuff with no release dates so far like the Uncharted DLC so that could change.

Good thing too, what's coming in March and April will likely last me till the summer anyway and then on to Autumn and Red Dead ( assuming it doesn't get delayed)

That's good. Going to play all these games in the summer then.

apparently there was an item in game classed under trash in the new Nier that was called NIN64 (Nintendo64), fanboys were outraged so they had to patch it out lmaooooooo

Just played For Honor for the first time. It's a lot of fun, but MAN.. people with good gear are OP as hell. I checked the prices on the microtrans items in the game, and they're silly expensive. Want a new outfit for your favourite character? Sure, that'll be 20 quid

Just saw that the game has actually been released. Didn't even know.

Disgusting. Not gonna lie from what I've seen For Honor is like a prime Free 2 Play type game, should never have been a full price retail game. Then you could understand their Microtransactions.

I probably won't ever buy another Ubisoft game again tbh, filthy company.

Yeah, I didn't want to buy another Ubisoft title either, but I had promised my mates that I would get this particular game. The concept is fun and original, but the game reeks of capitalism - from the micro-transactions to the ocassional disconnects and reconnects, due to ghetto arse P2P servers

I've also heard a lot of whining online that certain things completely break the competitive nature of the game, forget what exactly and it could be the usual whining for an online game but I did see a lot of complaints, think it was something about guard breaks

It's very good tbh, the issues are as said before P2P and micro transactions.

It doesn't make it anywhere close to a bad game though, I agree with boycotting Ubisoft games aside from that though.

All of them are uninteresting trash.

Guard breaks get me killed a lot tbh, but I wouldn't complain about it as it's a legit mechanic. People just need to get better at countering and/or avoid it.

speaking of which seen Tom playing the new Ghost Recon BETA yesterday, looks somewhat interesting but again, Ubisoft are pos's

I saw that too, could see it being fun in a party but not worth buying over what's coming imo.

I played against some shield guy earlier, who had 13 kills and 0 deaths He somehow managed to fend off me and two other guys hitting on him, blocking every single one of my swings until his two buddies arrived quite a while later. How is that even possible? I tried changing stances, hitting from the top, from the sides, yet he blocked every single swing - not just from me, but from me and two team mates desperately trying to take him down. Surely, we didn't all hit in the exact same pattern. Makes no sense..

This pretty much sums up my impressions of For Honor.

ngl, game looks like it will be free on PS+ in 9 months.

Ghost recon wildlands is legit, suggest if you like shooters in general you try the beta


4 player co-op all through as well.

I'm done with Ubisoft games. They're worse than EA, at the moment. Looked forward to playing For Honor after getting home today, but got disconnected after the first match because the server went down. It went back up again about half an hour later, but no one seems to be playing it now, so it can't find enough players to start a game. RS:Siege had the exact same problem for about 1-2 months after launch and people were complaining left and right, but evidently they didn't give a single F then and don't give a single F now... POS company.

That sucks man. Ubisoft is a failing company for a reason.

Didn't buy fifa17 lol. Played it at my cousin's house and after few matches I realised I didn't miss it at all.

Yeah, you're not really missing out on anything lol. It's the same rehashed garbage as always. None of it's age-long issues have been fixed, and they probably never will be. Still, I always find myself returning to FIFA every time I grow tired of the Overwatches, CoDs and modern, online multiplayer games in general. I haven't really enjoyed an online game for an extended amount of time since Modern Warfare 2, which I played for about 2 straight years before it got legitimately boring and repetitive I gave MW: Remake a chance, but the enthusiasm just isn't there. I hope we can put together a proper GL team if they remake MW2.
