Anyone following Designated Survivor ? it's a B+ show on ABC but my man crush Kiefer Sutherland is the lead character so i'm kinda interested if it's worth watching.

Hmm, it has an interesting plot.
If I have a slot free i'll check it out. Could very well be a guilty pleasure kinda show. Kiefer sutherland is usually good in those.

Anyone watch Netflix's "Zoo"?
Season 2 just came out, it's kind of my guilty pleasure show but I love the concept. For those unfamiliar, it's essentially the walking dead but with an animal apocalypse instead and I won't say more for potential spoilers. Acting isn't the greatest, nor is the dialogue at times but I enjoy it.

Meh, tried Zoo, couldn't get into it. Reminded me of Terra Nova, except with a much crappier pilot.
I'm still burned on 24 and the finale aired nearly a decade ago .....my tolerance for Kiefer is very low as a result so I won't be tuning into Designated Survivor. Nothing against him as an actor....just too engrained in Jack Bauer to watch him in another political show.

Anybody down to watch Survivor?
Give it a chance, you plebs. I'll rewatch it with you. Available on Prime.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
Used to watch Masterchef Australia regularly when I used to watch cable TV. Really liked it.
But man it was so over dramatic. People crying like CR in Euro final after advancing to the round of 46.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
Some times it's GOAT for comedy because of the outlandish shit they come out with
Remember one lad served like a glass pot thing with steamed octopus ink or some similar shit and I just died a little inside.
Maccies > that piss

Even better is when the judges try it and their facial expressions "I didn't become a judge to eat this crap" And then watch the tears flowing of those contestant as they start begging for another chance
beautiful

Loooooooooool, one of my fave type of contestants at the start are ones who try and pull off some hipster Michelin star BS but end up severely under-cooking a piece of chicken.

Re: The TV Series Thread - Part 5
Watched westworld episode 2. I'm finding it quite difficult to get into tbh. Like ex machina, I don't feel anything for the machines at all so its hard to even get emotionally invested. The dude in the black cowboy outfit creeps me out a bit. How the *bleep* are you doing that for 30 years ffs!
I wonder if the maza has anything to do with that stuff in the end

Without spoilering myself on the thread that reminds me how is everybody doing with WestWorld. Planning to save a few up so I can binge them one Sunday.
