He's finished, too many pies and chips in his holidays have caught up with him. Struggles to run, control the pass and even pass at time. Needs to be benched.
And more frustratingly, he's undroppable when we badly need goals and he's having a shit game. which is the norm with him now.
Consolation is, at the back we look quite solid.

Also pissed me off how, instead of punting forward in the last seconds, Smalling opts to pass it sideways. Prompting the ref to blow the whistle.
Typifies some of our players at times, choosing to play the safe option rather than take a risk.

Might as well sell Herrera now and recoup some money. If we buy a forward rooney will start at no.10. And Fellaini after today will come as the impact sub.
So its better for all parties. Its painful to see Antonio fricking Valencia getting preference over our best outfield player of last season.
And LvG it seems has no plans to rotate players either. 3 games in 2 weeks with same players starting.
A shit version of Mourinho this man is looking like honestly.
Wish that Swansea away game was before the trip to Brugge. Would have taught lvg a lesson and proved to him how wrong is he if we were to face swansea now with the kind of attacking form they are in.

Re: Manchester United 2015/2016 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
Quite worried about the Swansea game. They will be the first stern test for Smalling- Blind. But good thing is, they will play an open game against us, rather than park the bus. So we may have luck creating chances, and I use that term loosely.
What I'm more worried about is if LVG saw that display and still thinks we don't need any additional attackers. We all know how stubborn he is.
2 weeks left in the window, let's see what our intent and ambition is because this squad is below the capabilities of challenging for the title

Def needs to rotate players for the Brugge game. Some of our players today looked dead on their feet by the 40th minute.

The real problem is that we cannot create enough chances. Even with a world class striker at Van Gaal's disposal, he would be useless.

Our goal protection- yay
Our attack- Nay
Had a couple of half chances, Rooney displaying his touch of a donkey again and bad decision. Mata has been useless today, slow and too many touches on the ball.
We need to release the ball quicker, movement up front needs to improve as well, we're far too rigid and light in the box.
And the less said about romero's distribution, the better.

Re: Manchester United 2015/2016 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
Monk>>>>>LVG
A hopeless striker---- But no, it's ok, we're fine.
A brutal GK---- nah, forget DDG, he's mind is not on it, levae him on the stand.
200m spent and we have to resort to lumping it route one style to afro head as plan B.
We look devoid of attacking ideas, we're static, we're *bleep* slow as fck, and over cautious. Awful brand of football.
Basically same problems as last season.
30mins left on the clock and I knew we werent gonna turn it around. Just knew it. Predictable. Every goal we score takes huge amount of effort.
We don't add to this squad in the next 2 days and forget about challenging for anything. We ain't gonna play Brugge every week, or teams like Villa, NewC and an out sorts Spurs who masked our inabilities. The first decent-ish team we faced and we have been exposed.
SH*T!

Surprised Memphis didn't come off today, the lad looks knackered and was useless, especially in the 2nd half.

Re: Manchester United 2015/2016 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
Rooney out for tomorrow's game with a hamstring injury.
Judging by his form, he won't be a miss.
Fellaini looks likely to get the nod up front. Which is ridiculous when you think about it.
Can't be worse than what Rooney has been producing the past few months(including late last season).
I'm still confident we have enough to beat Liverpool. Just.
1-0 win.

Rooney's record against them is abysmal. So its a good thing. Fellaini should play this game in my opinion. Either up top or as a false 9 behind memphis. His record last season in big games were impeccable. Bossed almost all of them.
Too soon for Martial to start.

Quite possibly the worst game of football of all time.
League 2 quality.
Van Gaal needs to change things at HT asap.

Daley Blind was immense. Wish he was bit taller. Then he would have been the best CB in the world or something. The guy's intelligence and reading of the game is absolutely top tier.
Scheiwini and Shaw too excellent.
Vital win that hopefully will kick us to a groove.

A goal down and no desire, fight, urgency or players willing to take on their players and show initiative.
Pile of shit.

Huge win under the circumstance. More than the fact that we are just 2 points away from city, I am more happy cos we managed to stay 6 points ahead of Chelsea. 2nd place this season is achievable. Rest is up to van gaal.
Martial and DdeG. U beauts!!
On a side note though, rooni is done. Fek off to MLS for the love of God and save us from this misery please.

how many years does he have on his contract? we won't be able to off-load him until he decides to go MLS that's for sure. Pls drop him LVG. Genuinely the same as playing with 10 men. Martial's composure has sold me. He can handle the responsibility of being our main goalscorer.

That nutjob Moyes did a big favor for our club and offered him a fat 5 year deal only like 2 years ago. So I assume there must be 3 more years . Until 2018 it could be.
