Re: 2014 Summer Transfers Rumours Mk.IX
Di Marzio had even retweeted , but Cerci said it was hackered
I don't believe it lol . Probably they must resolve just some details but Cerci was in a hurry to do it

Anyone know much about Mubarak Wakaso of Rubin Kazan? He is signing for Celtic today.
Also according to Sky Sports News, Leroy Fer is signing for QPR for 8 million along with Eduardo Vargas on loan.

Played for Villarreal and Espanyol in La Liga. Runner, fouler, tackler..not much else. Might of improved though, that was a couple years back.

Sounds like the type of player we buy.

My guess is noone wants to buy him, we would prefer to loan him (therefore allowing someone else to pay part/all of his wages) with the false hope he does well and then someone takes him permanently.

Meh.... The best news though
If that happens will be the best thing that has happened since Sir Bobby Robson was announced as manager tbh.

Richards is also attracting interest from Italy, but a £5m move to another Premier League club is more likely.
Newcastle are keen, but they want to off-load one of their four current centre backs first, with Steven Taylor most likely to go.

Sinclair would be a nice signing too for Newcastle, made the stupid move to city after a great season at Swansea

Pretty sure we're just insulting Torino at this point. They have no reason to lower their asking price and we're unlikely to dramatically increase our valuation, though I'd much rather Cerci to Taarabt.
It's a rumour not about Pandev though so I'll take it.

I agree, I wouldn't expect much from him but I do know this....
It's a shit tonne better than having Yoann " pass back to Coloccini " Gouffran on the wing lol.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfers Rumours Mk.IX
Always thought Mole liked Goufrann ....
if I were Newcastle manager though, my starting line up would be:
-----------------------Krul-------------------------
---------Williamson-----Saylor------Colo---------
-Janmaat--------------------------------Raylor--
-----------------Tiote-----Sissoko----------------
------Aarons-----------------------Guttierez-----
-----------------Sammy Ameobi----------------
Until the new foreign boys like Cabella/SDJ/etc find their feet in PL and adapts to the pace of the league. You don't want to rush them. go with the trusted veterans for now IMO.

Sinclair was shit at West Brom last season. Newcastle can do better. Richards would be an excellent signing though.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfers Rumours Mk.IX
I liked Gouffran when he joined because he was making runs into the box.
Now he just passes the ball backwards, doesn't make any runs and doesn't take anyone on.
As for Sinclair I'd take him for the exact reasons above, he might not be anything special. But with Cabella and De Jong, we need a winger who will take the fullback on and makes runs into the box.
From what I saw at Swansea, Sinclair did that so I'd take him. Although it isn't close to happening yet, could easily be more rumours without substance.

Cairo is a proud Berlusconi's friend and expecially he his business partner outside football in some activities as publishing (etc and probably also La7 ,another tv network bought by Cairo recently...) , so the relationships among 2 clubs are very good and it can help about football deals too . Ah Caiiro is (was) also milanista bu this doesn't count so much in footbal anywayl , Squinzi is much more Milan fan than him but Sassuolo is linked mainly to Juventus for deals

Napoli reject Bayern bid for Inler
Napoli have turned down an approach for Gokhan Inler's services from Bayern Munich, who are seeking a replacement for Javi Martinez. The Serie A side see the Swiss midfielder as a key cog in Rafa Benitez's side.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfers Rumours Mk.IX
Mehdi Benatia could be taken off the market, as his agent met with Roma today to improve his wages.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Bayern Munich were all determined to sign the Moroccan international for at least €30m.
However, Sky Sport Italia and the Gazzetta dello Sport claim agent Moussa Sissoko met with Giallorossi director of sport Walter Sabatini this afternoon.
It’s reported the club agreed to increase his wages with a new contract deal, which is what Benatia had wanted in May.
The defender said he had been promised an improved salary, but demanded a transfer after that did not happen.
A move to Manchester City collapsed at the last minute.
Benatia currently earns around €1.25m per season and is set to receive closer to €3m for a contract that runs to 2018.
