Was resigned to losing Benatia some time ago honestly so I'm not all that bothered by that. I just hope we do it the right way and keep our resolve in not being low balled.

Astori looked very shaky against Fenerbahce but I think he'll be fine overall.

Renzo Contratto, the agent of Mattia Destro, spoke to Press Association admist rumors that his client is on his way to either Spurs or Chelsea:
“It’s true that Chelsea are interested in Mattia, but the reports regarding a swap deal have no foundation. It’s all speculation. Roma don’t want to sell Mattia and Mattia prefers to remain at Roma.”

Arsenal are monitoring both William Carvalho and Sami Khedira as they continue to sweat on the fitness of midfielder Mikel Arteta.

Arteta is out for at least two weeks with an ankle injury he suffered against Besiktas, but Arsenal are still assessing whether or not he could be sidelined for even longer.

Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger confirmed on Thursday that the club are looking at potential defensive midfield signings, with Carvalho and Khedira both still on his radar.
