This is the first time in over 20 years I dont wish all the people in Madrid get some terminal nasty disease. Playing the game without any disgusting antics. Kudos.

Last night's game was a prime example of statistics without context. Bayern with more possession, passes, shots, etc. Lost 4-0. Brilliant.

Also, now people see why I said the easiest draw in the semis for us would have been Bayern. Wanted Atletico least and Madrid were in the middle. I absolutely wanted us to draw Bayern Laughing

These fools are so susceptible to counters, its hilarious. Even against Man United, they gave up some very catastrophic counters that would have been converted if United were any good.

Now, we don't have as good a counter attacking team as Madrid, obviously, but we have arguably the best counter attack in Europe after Madrid. We would certainly have given them a good game. Brilliant tactics by Carlo, and quite frankly was the only way to go against this team.

Also loved Ramos' two goals. Beautiful headers that weren't just a product of luck but clearly shows that they've been worked on in training prior to the match.

If we make it to the final tonight, I'll really be looking forward to playing Madrid. Going to be a great game. Certainly not hoping we then end up losing to Madrid by any stretch of imagination but IF that does happen, I'll be happy for Carlo, Ronaldo and Bale. But that won't happen, so tongue

One more thing, I don't get why the media seem to always want to portray the Allianz Arena as some fortress. What's so special about that stadium or the atmosphere there? I'll tell you what. Nothing. In the past 2 years, we've won the CL there, Arsenal have beaten them 3-0 there, City have beaten them 3-2(?) there and now they've been shafted by Madrid there. Any good team can get a win there, let's be honest. The "atmosphere" plays no part in the outcome of the result.

Honestly there needs to wholesale changes.

Ribery was the probably the most undeserving European Player of the year ever riding on Robben's success and advertising himself to get an award he did not deserve. Ribery has rarely almost ever been a World Class Player because he is a Minnow Beater but continous flop in big games like CHL.

Schweni is well past it. Retire or go to a club like Stuggart as he does not have what it takes to be in a Top Club anymore

Kroos is okay for sideway passing but adds nothing great in attack or defense. Solid Bench player.

Sell Mandzu. Adds nothing. Poor player

Muller - Okay player for the bench.

Get a new CB and a top LW.

Lewa
LW Goetze Robben
Thiago Martinez
Alaba Benatia/CB Dante/Bads/Boa Lahm

Bench - Muller, Kroos, Shaqiri, Rode, Pizarro, Ribery, Pierre, Rafinha.

The whole "Buyern" terms is for retards. Espcially coming from teams which have 200M Wage Budget and spend 60-70M on transfers and are still a joke of a club with 0 Trophies.

One of the reason of Bayern's is failure to invest. We let Gustavo & Gomez go for around 40-45M and invested 55M odd in Goetze & Thiago.

That is a net 15-20M only on net spend. Real-Barca and the big clubs are spending 70-80M on.

We need a 70-80M spend next year. Get a Top CB like Benatia /Thiago Silva for 35M odd and a Top LW like Griezman for say 30M odd.

I would love to see Gundogan join in 2015 in this team. Draxler IMO is not Bayern Quality.

Would love Oxdale Chamberlain as a Back-up from Arsenal. Arsenal are a selling club so it should be fine.

Don't agree. I said we need 2 top Players. 1 CB like T. Silva to lead the line making the Dante's & Boateng's will grow up and be lead to that level.

And a Top LW who will do great and make the difference in big matches.

Lewa is coming and we are mis-using Goetze, Martinez, etc. Thiago is injured. Most of the solutions are in hand in the team. We need only 2 Top Players and we are set.

Put Schweini(who's the oldest on that team, if I'm not mistaking) in any other system with any other top team in the world and he'll FLOURISH.

Yeah okay, this all a bit intense and trigger happy after one loss.

HOWEVER, I agree with you on the Ribery part. He is still a great player, but I don't understand
why Robben doesn't get more of the recognition still. He was the better player yesterday, last week,
he was the player who won them their CL last year (remember the final?)- it is just because he is a bit of an unlikeable guy (and that he has dramatic moments (final before that)) that prevents him from getting the recognition he deserves.

Ribery is good in many matches, but he is never the game changer when it really matters. In fact, he just kind of chokes.

Nowhere near the arrogance of your lot. Hopefully either Atletico or Chelsea destroy them "la decima" dreams. You will actually come against a rugged defence and a team not as naive as Pep's Bayern.

It's time you consider to sell Manuel Neuer aswell, what a complete scrub. Could've saved 3 goals last night and the other two if he was truly world class. My biggest fear for the World Cup is his implosion, the guy is capable of throwing your team out of a competition on his own.

Neuer ? What did he do?

Maybe we could have saved 1 or 2 goals.

But my observation is based on the whole season and the future not on 1 Match. The requirement of a Top CB and the decline of Schweni & Ribery is not based on this game but over a considerable strech including BL games.

Ofcourse a new less stubborn tactically not naive Coach who does not make wrong team selection would also greatly help.
