my choice would be Dzeko, Morata and then Torres. But Icardi and Morata are on the same level(but different style) so no point getting another youngster in maybe?

So he doesn't say "will" or even "should," but "can"? Was this quote originally in English or has it been translated? Because there's a huge difference in the meaning of that sentence depending on which word actually belongs there. After all, Messi can arrive at Old Trafford this summer... but that certainly doesn't mean he will.

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. I
but infact Dzeko BY FAR.
He is the only who can give an important improvement
Torres scored same goals than Rolando and less than Martin Skrtel
And if we take him I will get angry as few also because Eto' o ' s contact expires and his first choice is returing to Inter.
And if I must take an old player , of course no dobuts about Eto'o >>>> Torres
Morata seems useless with Icardi too.

He said " can " ( puo' ) , and of course some journalists have already begun to transform " can" with " will "

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. I
Manchester United attacker Bebe is still hopeful that he has a future at Old Trafford, though he admits that the Red Devils have yet to discuss his long-term role with the club.
The Portuguese forward, who joined United in 2010, has spent the season on loan with Pacos de Ferreira in his homeland, where he has enjoyed an excellent season.
The 23-year-old has nine goals in 31 appearances this term and, after a two-goal haul against Arouca on Sunday – which included a superb flick-and-volley – Bebe is now keen to prove his worth back at his parent club.
"I am in good form and I hope to remain this way," the former Portugal Under-21s international told the media.
"I still hope to return to Manchester United but nobody from the club has spoken to me."

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. I
Reports in the Spanish Press this afternoon reveal that Carlo Ancelotti is trying desperately to keep Angel Di Maria at Real Madrid.
The Argentina international was thought to be on his way out of the club in January following Gareth Bale’s record-breaking arrival from Tottenham.
However, after Sami Khedira’s injury, the 26-year-old has been moved back into the centre of midfield, and has proved himself to be a key member of the starting XI.
Rumours still abound though, that the likes of Monaco and Manchester United are interested in signing the former Benfica man.
But Marca insist that Ancelotti is already planning for next season, and is begging the club’s hierarchy not to consider any offers for Di Maria.

L'Equipe, referencing Punto Pelota, say that the Griezmann to PSG deal is already done... Griezmann to get 3x the wage he is currently receiving. Fee of 30 mil euros.

I've yet to hear anything concrete from Euzkadi and Berria so L'Equipe referring to Punta Pelota has me skeptical. The named newspapers are the first to report any activity from the Basque clubs.

How are you going to fit Griezmann, Cavani, Ibra and Lucas all into the same team? One is definitely leaving. Most likely Cavani.

Cavani leaving
having those 4 guys isnt bad at all for PSG in terms of offense, specially given how they want to compete in CL.
oh and, Chelsea had Mata, Hazard, De Bruyne, Schurrle, Willian and Oscar, yet you were fapping at the "incredible depth"

You could fit those four in the starting 11,why couldn't you fit them over the whole squad?

The move doesn't make sense to me. Rafa isn't the kind of manager who would field two proper forwards in the starting line-up. And I don't see Balotelli being moved to flanks as he's certainly not a kind of a wide man Rafa goes for.

Calciomercato are reporting that Napoli and Barcelona have agreed a deal for Javier Mascherano to be transferred to the Azzurri.
It was reported last week that the player’s agent had flown to Spain to discuss his client’s future and it would now appear to have been resolved.
According to the report, Rafa Benitez’s side are already preparing the necessary documentation needed to conclude the deal.
Confirmation of the Argentine’s move to Italy will apparently be given once the Partenopei have mathematically qualified for next season’s Champions League

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. I
Menez is gone and one or both of Pastore and Lavezzi are likely gone too. So after the untouchables Ibra and Cavani... you have Lucas and Griezmann competing for the 3rd forward spot. Also, Cavani tends to get small injuries in a season so there would be plenty of playing time.Mr Nick09 wrote:Cavani leaving

"At the moment, it is a bit like we are with Loic (Remy). It is a situation that Everton would love to keep him, as we would with Loic, and those questions are really out of Everton's and our control."

Re: 2014 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk. I
Lucas Moura has no regrets over his move to Paris Saint-Germain, despite failing to earn a regular place in Laurent Blanc's starting XI.
The likes of Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani have been given the nod ahead of Lucas, who has been restricted to just 65 minutes of action in the last three games.
But the 21-year-old remains confident he made the right decision when he joined the French champions from from Sao Paulo in January 2013.
"I don't regret coming. I'm very happy here, at a big club, in a wonderful city," he told footmercato.net.
"The public has quickly taken to me, which I'm very happy about and which helps me and motivates me enormously,
"It's a great experience being here. I play and I live in Europe. I'm fulfilling my dream of playing in the prestigious Champions League."

Di Marzio wrote:It’s difficult to improve a team like Bayern Munich. Guardiola however is looking to build an unbeatable squad, and so in the last 3-4 games he set his eyes on Serie A to improve the defense. Their top target is Roma’s Mehdi Benatia, who today was suspended for the match against Torino. They obviously have a great scouting report on the center back, whom they have followed for about a month. Roma doesn’t want to sell him, and at the moment no negotiation has started, but Benatia remains on Bayern’s wish list to become invincible.
