benz tbh is not getting service like it or not.. no service, no goals. look at altidore at sunderland.. i know sunderland is not real madrid but you get the point. All isco, cr, and di maria, and even modric do is take shots. the only one with a license to that is CR. the others should play the passes

Pedro was never rated as a top class player like Benzema was/is. Benzema is competing with Torres for the worst striker playing for a top team, but he edges Fernando atm.

That's how people are rating benzema though. completely ignore that he's had 15 and 20 assists that past 2 years and 4 already this year.

So if you're only looking at scoring goals, i don't see how Suarez makes Madrid any more efficient.... especially since he'll be forced to sit in the box and won't get the ball at his feet. He'd have to completely change his game basically because of CR7 and it would be stupid... Suarez strength is to get the ball at his feet from further away and have him attack players via dribble. Well, with Isco, Modric, Di Maria, Bale and CR7, that is impossible.

The CF role at Madrid currently is one of a secondary scorer and tertiary creator.

Suarez can pass well... but nowhere hear the level of Benz. Only three guys have that kind of vision: Ibra, Rooney and Benz. 15, 20 assists and he's again on pace to have 20+ assists this year. Even if you apply a "La Liga discount", that's 10+ assists a year.

Which brings us to the role of the CF at Madrid: It's all about setting up CR7 to be the primary scorer. He's really the CF. It's a role reversal with a normal winger-CF relationship tbh.

Madrid's problems this year has absolutely nothing to do with the forwards btw... it's all about midfield bad play and lack of cohesion. We are creating very few opportunities for the forwards AND we're leaving the back 4 completely exposed defensively.

If you want to focus on why Madrid looks poor... don't scapegoat players who aren't even involved in the problem area.

No CF can be himself and achieve great stats when Ronaldo is in the team.

Rooney was his bitch in Manchester and now it's Benz. actually i think Benz is doing a very good job at Madrid.

Rooney had his best goalscoring season when Ronaldo left if im not mistaken.

You think in Madrid Suarez can do what he does in Liverpool? lol.
