Spurs are not being overrated. Saying they have a much better(and deeper) team than Liverpool isn't overrating them. Its common sense.

At end of day they are paying a fair price for Willian and Lamela and not overpaying at all.

I was under the impression that Spurs do their transfers with higher no.of installments.(Probably wrong).

Apparently Lamelas brother indirectly confirmed lamela is going to england when talking to a friend on twitter
