The market has truly gone to hell, yet one more example. A play retains the same level as he did 2 years ago, if not downright gets worse, and is deemed to be worth twice as much

Yeah there's a whole host of mega rich clubs who want players, but there's not a shit tonne of players who they deem good enough to improve the team

So as a result any top quality player below 30 has a price tag that's out of this world.

sure players are getting more and more expensive, but Cesc would be worth that kind of money for many clubs that dont have players like Iniesta, Xavi or Messi.

He is seen as unneeded luxury at barca while he would be made an absolute star in other clubs, and could perform even better than what he is showing at the moment for Barca.

If for another club he is worth that, then it's perfectly valid imo. it's not even outrageous money considering the deals we see nowadays..

On Lamela: from what I've heard Spurs are willing to offer 30m pounds.

On 90m + Coentrao: I'd take it. But either Willian or Lamela has to come in, someone that is class has to come in on that right side.
