As of now? Easily Neymar. Has proven more for club and Internationally whereas Coutinho has a long way to go in order to establish himself among the elite talents like SES, Goetze, Neymar, Hazard etc etc who have proven themselves among the top levels.

Coutinho is in Europe while Neymar is still playing in a second rate third world league..... until Neymar proves himself in Europe, then I can say he is better than Coutinho.
