Eriksen is much better. If he wasn't Danish he'd be getting even more praise.

Eriksen is more consistent but Coutinho is more talented.
Eriksen is best as AM but Coutinho is better as CM.

Not saying you're not entitled to your opinion. I'd just like to know more in depth. I've always myself imagined Eriksen as one of the most talented players I've seen that just missed that last bit. His feel and touch is just incredible.

Anyway, I feel Coutinho has great array of passes to be very effective from the deep. You should agree if you have seen the season he teamed-up with Suarez and Sturridge.
Eriksen, on the other hand, is devastating around the box.

I am surprised almost everyone is going Eriksen. Both are hugely talented and I think some people are underrating Coutinho.

Recency bias. Eriksen is in hot form now while Coutinho is sulking and pouting because of the failed Barca move.

Eriksen is better at the final pass and taking free kicks. Coutinho is better at nearly everything else.

I personally think they are system players, I'd love to have them both but having either one of them is pretty amazing.
Both great players but Eriksen has been consistent while Coutinho has been on an amazing upward trend since he's found the stability with a team unlike Eriksen who found it fortunately sooner in his career.
