Juve are probably better than Arsenal defensively, so they could maybe play similar tactics to the ones Arsenal played away vs Bayern.

Pirlo will be shutdown and with that so will Juve's control of the ball. Bayern will dominate, create most of the chances, but choke and miss all of them.

Same for Juve, who's midfielders and fullbacks will be so pinned back so they won't be able to score either.

I expect a 0-0 in the first game.

After the epic display of choking by Bayern players last season in the league, CL and Euros it'll be interesting to see how they deal with Juventus

Ac Milan faced Bayern Munich 6 times not Pirlo alone. Juve on the other hand doesn't have a good record against Bayern. In fact, your last encounter at Stadio Olympico was a desaster when you were recovering from calciopoli.

Well overall we have a better head to head record against Bayern(we just edge them infact) and the Juventus team that Bayern beat was trash(with probably one of the worst defenses in Juventus history ,plus Chiellini was missing in that game).

Well, that AC Milan had Shevchenko, prime Kaka, seedorf, Gattuso, Pirlo, Maldini, Nesta etc. in their lineup. Current Juve is a far cry from that quality wise. on the other hand, Bayern is at one of its strongest patches in their history.

The only unpredictable tie and what a fixture this will be

I don't understand why so many people underestimate Juve. In fact their midfield is second only to Barca, Pirlo is the best CM in the world, Marchisio and Vidal are WC. Buffon is a top 3 GK, and their defence is the best in the world. Just because they don't have a flashy player in attack(they need one, someone like Suarez/Jovetic) doesn't mean they aren't great. Tactically they are the best team in the world by quite a margin, capable of changing the system/style anytime, against any team.

I wouldn't say Bayern is one of the strongest in its history since they choked everything away last year and barely survived Arsenal in CL this year. They have the Bundi wrapped up.... but then again, that's not an unusual occurrence for Bayern. I just don't think they're a mentally tough team (although that can turn quickly).

I pick Juve because the lineup from GK thru the midfield is the best in Europe imo. The forwards... not so much. But i've always felt that a dominant defense, great keeper and great midfield are the keys to winning. You can be the most consistent in those.

So to compensate for people underestimating Juve you overrate them? lol

For the record I think Juventus are a great team but if they want to prove themselves as the best at anything they'll have to win games like these.
