Re: Bayern Munich vs Juventus
Juve will let Bayern have the ball in both legs IMO and look to put Vidal and Marchisio on Schweignsteiger and Martinez/Gustavo and try to nick the ball and spring.
I have seen them too much in KO stages/big games under Conte to be surprised by them.
They will know Bayern will look to dominate the ball and will look to exploit the spaces they vacate.
Should be a very good tie.

While that's true, that domination might end pretty quickly once you're up against Bayerns midfield.
This will be the biggest test Bayern's midfield has come up against imo. Juventus's midfield won't get more possession imo (at least not away from home) but they are good on the ball and as we all know there's possession and then there is effective possession.
I know. I'm the first guy to preach that possession isn't worth anything if you aren't doing anything with it. If you just keep possession for the sake of it, you're basically not parking the bus, but having the vallet circle it around the club. Still the same effect, though.
You need to actually create.
who cares juve's technical director is marcello lippi and our head coach is antonio conte let prem face noobs and bandwagon african/asian fans worry about that posession crap. we are in good hands

Let's wait and see what Hoeness says. If he says Juve are a great side, they expect to coast past you. If Hoeness and Rumenigge start treating Juve like they're Cluj, you know they're afraid.
Bayern management reverse-jinxing ties before it was cool.

Juve totally favorites.
BTW I want to see a Bayern v Dortmund final, but mostly just for the epic troll moment if Dortmund won.

Bayern to win 7-2 on Agg, Chiellini to get manhandled by Arjen Robben and Vidal's laziness to cost us!

I don't see Juventus as favourites contrary to popular belief. I side with Bayern to go through, but it's obviously close.

Re: Bayern Munich vs Juventus
The mighty Juventus will surely dominate Bayern with the greatest of ease. It has been foretold in the legends of yore and I have had this epiphany every night as I went to bed, kissing my Roberto Baggio poster for good blessings. I saw it as clear as I saw the terror in Uli Hoeness's eyes when the draw was made, Juventus will crush Bayern mercifully under it's oppressive yet gentle boot. I can feel it, it is only a matter of time.

Re: Bayern Munich vs Juventus
good draw that means one of the two gets eliminated, more chances for us to lift the trophy
i think the easy or the hard way bayern is gonna qualify, but i believe it will go on extra time but not on penalties

that'd be a final to behold ffs
Either way this is a wonderful match-up, progressing is 50/50 but there's no shame in either team getting put out so long as it's not a walkover.

Re: Bayern Munich vs Juventus
Martinez is suspended IIRC ? Either ways Gustavo-Schweinsteiger is still a strong midfield.
In recent years i've always seen Bayern as more of a dangerous team away from home so we definitely have to be wary even if we somehow park the bus and grind out a draw at the Allianz.

If you had asked me who will win this tie before the Bayern-Arsenal second leg, I'd have said Bayern. But I wasn't surprised. Bayern to choke against Juventus.
