Hazard's ceiling is a level Mata will never be able to reach.

Mata won't get better then he is right now
Hazard has much more talent.

22 yo Hazard is better than 22 yo Mata

Mata is 25 so 3 years older . I think right now Mata is more consistent than Hazard so let's say '' better '' but if Hazard would likely become a better player

It's only normal for mata to have better vision and passing. He's 3 years older then hazard. Hazard isn't close to peaking, while I promise you this is the best mata will play.

Mata is better than Hazard and it shouldn't even be for debate.

Eden's a good player that will only get better with more experience in a "better" league but he has nothing on Mata as of right now. Unless you want to add explosiveness / pace.

Not exactly similar is it? Mata is more of a play maker while Hazard is a more direct player. Maybe Hazard will improve his playmaking in the coming years but for now...

Actually Hazard is not really much faster or a better dribler than Mata. Both of them are quite fast and struggle to dribble in static situations.

Hazard can improve but he might as well stay the same at 22.

Agreed with all of these points aside from the age - related to vision, personally I think that's the alone attribute Hazard will never surprass Mata in, pretty everything else I believe he'll overtake him in years to come if he hasn't already .

Mata is better at static situations imo and Hazard is easily faster than Mata.
