Actually, Chelsea is not even being considered until the new manager is hired. Even then, Chelsea has some ground to make up... and they had him a couple of months ago.

Chelsea or ManU sound about right. Chelsea would need him most of all.
Why is ManU needing another winger? Yeah, I know he can play down the middle but that's not the type of player ManU need.

They are after Giroud and Balhanda too now. SAF was seen at Lille and Montpellier games this past month.

I can say for 100% Arsenal will not sign Hazard, he cost too much and I know he would pull a Nasri.

He truly is a club whore and will jump ship to Spain as soon as he can.
The only team that could buy him for a ridiculous amount and sell him for more is Man Utd. I only see him forcing out a move if he comes to any of the London clubs.
