Who is La Liga player of the season?

Voted for Falcao because i'm a hipster.

Ronaldo 40 goals, 10 assist = 50
Messi 31 goals 18 assist = 49

This doesn't prove a single thing in who the best player was... seriously, in order to be the best player, you have to be decisive in the big games, and help you team live up to their expectations.
No one in their right mind would think that Ronaldo was the best player last season, because he didn't help his club achieve their goals.
Even last season you Barca fans said Ronaldo's former pichichi record didn't mean a thing, because he stat-padded after the title race was over. But this season when the roles are reversed, the new record is the best thing since free porn.

Lawls, im not trying to prove a point unlike you. You are only objective when the stats favor your opinion, last season Ronaldo had a bigger goal tally than Messi in the league, where was your objectivity then?

Its just me who doesn't rate Mascherano as a good centre back :/

No doubt the guy is a freakin monster tackler, but as a Cb he's greatly diminished and just because he's done a somewhat admirable job at filling in at Cb, does not merit him being regarded as one of the best... according to statistics he gets dribbled nearly every game , whereas say Ramos gets dribbled once every full moon.

The reason why Ramos doesn't 'get dribbled' as often as Mascherano is because Ramos sits deep behind two holding midfielders and 3 defenders alongside him, while Mascherano is usually the only defender in his own half while in possession which gives the other team a lot of space to counter attack with and get around him, while Ramos usually has the gaps next to him covered by Pepe and a fullback.

Mascherano is definitely one of the best defenders right now, not hard to see if you actually watch him play, he carries Barcelona's defense basically.

Want some stats? Ramos 2 fouls per game with 68 total Mascherano at .9 fouls per game with 28. Mascherano 111 tackles Ramos 79

Failed to anticipate it? He started running as soon as he saw Ozil get the ball. He just got outran to the ball, one mistake against one of the best players in the world and the best attack in La Liga history, that's really all you have for Mascherano 'absolutely flopping'?

There's more than just one game in the league you know, Mascheranos been the best defender in the league this season quite easily, his consistency and performances merit that.

So CR fans you dont have anything else to show except CR's goal vs Barca? What about Messi's win in first el clasico? first clasico means nothing?

even in last clasico ozil was the man of the match as i said except scoring through ball CR did nothing.

This argument will not change anything only facts will show things. messi has more goals and more assists. Messi and CR are equal in liga clasicos (Each won once). If you take both players goals and assists Madrid is winner, Barcelona is 5th in the table. What more facts you want - everything shows messi was boss as a player Madrid was boss as a team
